WolfTales, that could be interesting! If you guys read the bio for Velvetstar and, more specifically, her history, you'll see that her mother (Bristlestar) was caught conspiring with rogues to overthrow the other Packs by Crowpaw, and that was what escalated to her killing her - maybe the rogues she plotted with were descendants of RiverPack and SkyPack blood?

Also, Firelight_AA, I wouldn't mind finding a way to directly involve one of your characters in the prophecy, but I'd like it to be about more than one dog so that more people get the chance to be part of it, and I'd also like for the reasoning behind their involvement to have some significance. Is there a reason that could explain why StarPack would choose Firelight?

Hmm well Firelight is a follow your heart kind of dog, if she sees or knows about injustice, she'll try to help fix it.

I think Mischief would try to help too, even if she isn't part of the prophecy just to win Skypack's favor.

That's a good suggestion, too, and I wasn't even thinking about my own characters.

I think that this whole prophecy suggestion (Velvetstar convinced the others to help her exile RiverPack and SkyPack because rogues that were once of their ranks were involved with her mother's evil scheming) is really good overall and could make for some compelling conflict. Also, Firelight_AA, that could be a decent reason for Firelight to be involved.

Would anyone else like to present a reason for why their character could be part of it? I'd like to give everyone an equal shot.

I think out of my characters Lupinpaw or Berrybounce would help. Lupinpaw is pretty arrogant and would believe he could do anything, including helping out his own Pack. He's also well versed in the twolegs' ways since he was previously a doggiepet.

That sounds like a pretty good match to me, especially because StarPack would probably want to humble him by making him realize that he needs the help of the other prophecy dogs to help his own Pack (which would be part of the purpose for sending him).

I'd also like to help strengthen the narrative by showing the consequences to the Forest Territory when a Pack is exiled. Does it sound like a good idea to have some civil wars because the Packs fear that they too could get removed, kind of like RiverClan in the first arc of the actual Warriors books? ShadowPack would probably be the only Pack that isn't fearful, since they're innately confident in their abilities to stand against the other Packs and Velvetstar would've been the one to exile those Packs in the first place.

Sounds good! I'm probably going to wait for some more prophecy suggestions, but I do really like this entire idea and I'll be brainstorming some verses for it.

Everyone, is there a rule that I accidently wrote that is making it seem like you're no longer allowed to make new characters? I ask because several people have asked me if they're allowed to make another, as if they're required to ask permission.
