Alis kom Trikru is the vigilant chief of Trigedakru. To her, fulfilling the
duties of chief and serving the clan is a matter of honor, and so she is
fiercely dedicated to her people. She isn't afraid to keep her warriors in
line, and demands strict obedience and commitment from them. Not a
lot gets past her watchful eye, but she isn't infallible.
Most often, Alis is more concerned with functionality and results than
the feelings of the people involved. She is efficient, and determined to
achieve her goals, unafraid to plow through those who irrationally stand
in the way. However, she isn't foolishly stubborn, and often willing to
listen to logic - especially from the ones she respects. Alis is highly
proficient in making decisions concerning strategy and survival, and is
scarcely hesitant in bringing them into effect. She isn't afraid of taking
risks, but it would be dangerous to mistake this for recklessness. Even
when faced with difficulties, she is unwilling to relent.
All this cold determination and efficiency can easily make her seem
emotionless, but no matter how much she tried, she can't entirely detach
herself from humane feeling: she simply keeps her emotions under strict
control. She is rarely fazed by her 'feelings', not wanting to allow them
to muddle her rationality or endanger the well-being of her clan.
Honour - both her own and that of the clan - is important to Alis. Attacks
against her dignity, or attempts to undermine her, will only be met with
backlash, and harsh retaliation. However, as someone who highly values
honor, she is averse to deceit and manipulation, which can sometimes put
her at a disadvantage when it comes to the more cunning chiefs. Even so,
most people in powerful positions are faced with the cruel reality of having
to go against their own values for the 'greater good' at some point in time.

Alike many other chiefs, Alis has far too many kills to be counted as the
esteemed physical kill marks. She has a few on her left shoulder, but has
stopped counting a long time ago.
Alis has a bold, geometric tattoo which runs along her right clavicle, and
down her right arm. She has a few bands of varying width tattooed around
her left upper arm.

The rise of a Trikru-member to the rank of heda is always a pleasing event,
however the woman's young age causes some reservations in Alis. Though
she would never admit it out of respect towards the flame, she considers
keeping an eye on Delphia to be part of her role as ambassador now - the
Woods clan has an image to uphold after all.
That being said, the thing forefront in her mind is the survival and well-
being of her own people - the politics of Polis come second. She isn't
willing to sacrifice the prosperity of Trikru for anything, but when the
times allow it, she isn't opposed to extending a helping hand to another
clan, although she does expect similar treatment in return.

history:
It's no secret that the grounders as a
people nurture the strong and cut off
the weak. Falo unfortunately was born
as one of the weak and was cast off
society as soon as she opened her eyes.
Her eyes had no iris or pupil, that was
visible, they were completely white in
color. On top of being abandoned it
was soon apparent that it wasn't just
odd coloration and she would never see.
A kind grounder took her in and began
teaching her the art of healing which
she has since perfected.

she offers her services to anyone in
