Naturally shy when she first meets people, Kajsa can be seen as being snobbish at times by those who don't know her. Loyal and honest, Kajsa hates to make mistakes, especially now with her chosen career path. Adventurous outside of the hospital, she can often be found going for walks or trail rides with her horse.

Fiery and hot-headed when confronted, it takes a lot for Kajsa to control her temper when it is sparked. Sarcastic when annoyed, this can brush others up the wrong way. However, people do warm to Kajsa once she begins to open up to them and find she is a trustworthy and loyal friend to have.

Kajsa was born in Scotland, and led quite a privileged life. Her father Murtagh, is a Scottish Lord, owning a vast estate with investments in a lot of different areas, especially in the medical industry. Serena, her mother is a well-known fashion designer. As a result, Kajsa was sent to the best boarding schools and given almost her every whim. As a child, she took up horse riding and dance which are still her two favourite hobbies to this day. She represented her country in Pony Club competitions and often helped out when she didn't compete. Achieving good marks in school, Kajsa decided she wanted to become a doctor. Having worked as a lifeguard since the age of 16, she found she loved medicine.

Applying to schools was hard, for Kajsa didn't want to be let in just because of her parentage. A result of this led to her applying to school in America, in part to make sure she had a fair shot and in part to grow up and live away from her privileged lifestyle. Kajsa was accepted into Perelman, at the University of Pennsylvania. She chose to come to Grey Sloan Memorial due to its reputation as an outstanding teaching hospital. Her biggest fear is people finding out about her parents status and believe she bought her way into this career.

A big kid himself, Lockie gets on well with children. He is funny and calm, which works well with parents and entertains the kids. Lockie however can be very cocky and stubborn, knowing that he is talented in his chosen field of medicine. Ambitious, Lockie often strives to achieve which some may consider the impossible. When he fails, he can be very harsh on himself, especially when it involves losing a life.

Sarcastic with his colleagues, some people can find Lockie hard to handle or get on with. As a result, very few people are considered his friends at work. With the interns, Lockie loves to teach them and ensure they learn everything he believes they need.

history

Lockie kinda, fell into medicine. The oldest son of first-generation Irish immigrants, Lockie was born in Florida. From an early age, he had been interested in sports, especially anything involving climbing as his father was a personal trainer and his mother a dietitian. As he reached the age of applying to colleges, Lockie was given a scholarship to the University of Florida. At first, he didn't take it all to seriously and barely scraped by in his first few years, concentrating on being part of the climbing team. After an accident which resulted in the paralysis of one of his friends, who was also doing medicine and climbing, Lockie realised what he could lose. Knuckling down, Lockie graduated well and went from place to place learning what he could, before landing at Grey Sloan Memorial as their head of paediatrics.
