He is sensitive and can't turn a blind eye to someone in need. His since of justice can drive him forward and he often does things without thinking. Although he can come of as not the sharpest knife in the drawer, he is creative and clever in his own ways.

I want to make Behrad Zari's smoking Hot brother from Legends of Tommrow so bad. Tropic do we need more warriors and Villains? I'm just wondering because that will determine where I put Behrad, because you only see him at end of the season 4 Legends of Tommrow Finale wearing Zari's bracelet.

Behrad showed up at near the end of Season 4 finale in front of Nate wearing the Totem wristband Zari had. The actor that plays him is a nobody. My guess is that Behrad is going to be part of The DC's Legends of Tomorrow team going forward into the 2nd giant crossover event called Crisis on Infinite Earths and season 5 of Legends of Tomorrow. Its just my guess)

Powers/Abilities:

• Pyrokinesis - Charlie can create, shape and manipulate fire, the rapid oxidation of a material in the exothermic chemical process of combustion, releasing heat, light, and various reaction products from either his mouth or hands, flame being the visible portion of the fire. Depending on the substances alight, and any impurities outside, the color of the flame and the fire's intensity will be different. This also allows Charlie to withstand Temperatures over Thousands of Degrees, making hi immune to Burns, Explosions, and even Lava.

• Sonic Scream - Charlie can exert a scream of volume and intensity beyond human norms that can destroy large objects, he may be able to target certain objects so that only they are destroyed. It can deafen people, repel people and objects, or in some cases even tear down small buildings. However, depending on how long Charlie chooses to scream, this can drain his energy significantly if he isn't careful, should he decided to Scream until he Runs out of Breath, he will instantly Pass out from Lack of Air and Energy.

• Shapehshifting - Charlie can shapeshift his form, transforming and reshaping himself potentially down to his genetic and cellular structure. He can impersonate others or enhance his own body for combat, either by turning into animals, Monsters/Aliens or other Mythical Creatures. He can manipulate his form at will, combining abilities, traits, etc, even being able to form limbs into weapons. Similar to David, can also Shapeshift other people into any form aswell, although this takes energy from him and he really has to focus on the person in order for it to work, he also must touch said person first.

• Voice Mimicry - Charlie is able to mimic the voices of others or imitate sounds such as animal noises and explosions. Any sound he hears they can replicate with perfect clarity along with any manner the sound was made. Although he has to be able to hear the voice/sound first in order for him to Replicate it, but unlike David he can Replicate voices/sounds that are very high or very low.

• OCD - Charlie has a case of contamination OCD. He tends to care excessively about the cleanliness of both himself and other people, so much so to the point to where he constantly fears of getting some kind of serious disease, fear that someone he loves will die from germs, or fear of coming into contact with potentially harmful things like viruses, bacteria and bodily fluids. As a Result of this, he often doesn't like being touched by anybody around him, and will freak out if someone attempts to do so unless they are a loved one or if he is fond of them.

• Stuart - Charlie has a Younger Cousin named Stuart who lives with him, along with his Mother Skylar.

• When Charlie is Angry/Upset, his one Brown Turns Red, and can even appear as if on fire at times.
