personality;; fawnstar is a cold, rather sharp-tongued leader who cares deeply for the success of her clan. while some cats may question her as overtly harsh, she seeks to keep hold of the respect and loyalty of her clanmates in any way she can. she loses her patience easily with cats who test it, and has even been known to set warriors on apprentice duties for a few days if they push her past her limit with challenges or questions to her leadership. while she can be cold to her warriors, she is not cruel, simply rather crabby and insistent on being able to work as a properly functioning clan.
history;; fawnstar was born and raised in hazeclan, though she doesn't talk enough about her past to reveal much past her apprenticeship and time as a warrior. she was always an ambitious cat, a bit on the snappy side, but loyal and true to her duty as a warrior. she lost an apprentice to a border skirmish when she was still fawnstep, an event which both broke her heart and hardened her resolve to become leader -- in order to ensure that she could protect her clanmates by becoming powerful and on the verge of merciless when it came to trespassers, so that no cat had to die so young again. when the rogues broke in and slaughtered the first apprentice, fawnstar's stubborn defense of ivybriar only sharpened now that she had relived an event in her life that brought her raw agony. now, fawnstar has no intent of giving in at all; not until every lost apprentice, warrior and kit are properly avenged with the driving out of the rogues.

personality;; lilypool can come across (very easily) as a far too laid-back and unfocused warrior, mostly thanks to the fact that he isn't a very expressive cat. he enjoys getting under the skin of cats who may not like him (or even those who are just short-tempered), although he never means any underlying harm by it other than to humor himself. despite his rather young age, he is perceptive and considerate, even if he seems like a reckless oaf to anyone with eyes; he can be a great cat to talk through an issue with or ask for advice on smaller matters. his ability to communicate with others so well could be transferable into a role of leadership, should he want it -- but his ambitions never reach as far as the role of deputy or clan leader; while he is capable of responsibility, he doesn't yearn to be thrust into such a role. despite how hard-headed, annoying, and challenging he can be if pushed too far, he is loyal to nothing more than his clan, and his calling as a warrior.
history;; born as the sole strong kit in his litter, lilykit had always been fond of mischief and adventure, just as any other. despite the fact that his parents died before he came to know them, lilykit always had a bright outlook on life, springing into his apprenticeship with the desire to prove his strength with support from his parents in starclan and his sister from the medicine den. this was the beginning of his main inward issue, however; he felt so pressured to conceal his grief and worry in order to focus on his training that it became the norm for him to swallow his concerns and issues, instead putting on an unbreakable front that displayed nothing but reckless amounts of optimism (which helped in causing lots of minor injuries in avoidable accidents throughout). when he matured and became a warrior, lilypool finally settled back a little bit - and his adventurous desires, unsated, instead settled into different territories. now, thoughts that bring him curiosity are more fitting for a cat his age.

personality;; ivybriar is a shy, friendly, and non-confrontational cat, one who would much rather be walked all over than have to sort out a particular dilemma. however, she has a naturally curious nature and is more than happy to participate in her clan and help in any way she can; when she is at her best, she can be a wonderfully dependable cat. due to her shy, reclusive nature, however, she has a soft and weak heart, quick to fall in love (in her mind) only for it to fizzle out or for her to force herself to move on, considering how unwilling she is to speak about it. despite her soft nature, she is a fierce tracker, particularly excelling in hunting versus fighting. with her kits due any day, she is terrified, shame-filled and guilt-stricken that her clanmates are fighting this war over a grave error on her part.
history;; ivykit was always sickly, in and out of the nursery; while her brother strived to make their parents proud, she was miserable and shy in the medicine den - but she managed to paw her way to warriorhood just the same, with more pride and happiness than she could manage. however, her fickle heart has always led her into uncertain territory; particularly, with a passing loner she'd fallen head over heels for during the moons he'd been by the territory. when this mate left, she was heartbroken and back to square one - until she realized she was expecting kits, and her mate demanded the possession of them from her and her clan. constantly, she offered herself and begged fawnstar to allow her to protect her clan by leaving, but both her brother and leader are firm in their insistence to keep her where she - and her kits - belong. she is due any day now, and the prospect of kitting in such a dangerous situation are terrifying to her - but she has no choice, of course...

personality;; moonshade is a rather reserved she-cat, one who keeps her opinions to herself and simply does her duties as a warrior without complaint - but without much of a bounce in her step, either. when she is around her true 'clan', the rogues, she is a much more open, smooth-tongued flirt, with sarcasm in one paw and cynicism in the other. she finds her lifestyle easy, of course; with no close friends or enemies in hazeclan, she can slip in and out of camp however much she wishes, and wholeheartedly admits that she could claw the throat of any cat in camp on command and not bat an eye.
history;; born and raised in hazeclan, moonshade was always a background sort of cat. she was given a mediocre mentor and given a mediocre amount of attention by other cats in her clan - but when she stumbled across the rogues for the first time, she found that she had felt important. no matter that she had been talked into becoming a spy in exchange for her life; she felt needed for once, and her threatened existence quickly became a regular, welcomed member of the rogues, leading her double life for several moons now. if given the opportunity, she would destroy her clan in a heartbeat.

personality;; aspenflame is a rather muted warrior, much like his sister moonshade - particularly because he had trained alongside the younger she-cat just as she had been apprenticed as well, and had influenced her already-waning displays of outward affection or interest in other cats. however, aspenflame differs in that he gives off a much warmer, patient personality with his clanmates, for he feels a strong bond of loyalty and respect with each cat that he knows and lives beside each sunrise. he is incredibly wise due to his even-tempered personality, and is a very good cat to ask for advice without expecting them to ask too much about the situation.
history;; born a loner, aspenflame joined the clan with the very wary, watchful eye of fawnstar on his back. he trained as an apprentice well into the age of 16 moons due to how old he'd been when he had joined, but it had given him a much more humble outlook on clan life, and a deeper appreciation for the elder and queen ranks - but particularly the medicine cats', having come from a ruthless home life where no cat knew of herbs or healing. as such, aspenflame grew to be a powerful, vicious warrior - but one with a level head and a loyal, considerate attitude.

personality;; Dawnblaze in his youth was rather playful and adventurous, getting into whatever mischief as he could, but this slowed quickly when he matured. He is still playful at heart, but keeps it often under wraps. In his adulthood he often keeps a rather neutral personality; polite, not too excitable, and friendly enough. He is known for having a bit of a temper on him, though he keeps this as much under wraps as the less “mature” parts of his personality. If he does show this anger, though, he shows it loudly and powerfully.
history;; Dawnblaze was born as a kittypet, adopted by Twolegs when he was about two moons old. His primary caregiver was the Twoleg kit, and he was raised here until he was five moons old. However, for reasons Dawnblaze never knew, tensions began to rise in the den until one day one of the Twolegs took him out to the forest, where they left him alone. He spent a few cold nights in the forest, not knowing how to survive alone, when he ran into a HazeClan patrol. The patrol took him back to camp (much to the rather feisty kit’s distaste), where Fawnstar let him join the Clan and he was named Dawnkit, and was raised with one of the litters of kits his own age, Ivykit and Lilykit. He grew up to be still a rather successful apprentice and then warrior, though he doesn’t always share the same cultural traits as his peers do.

personality;; Russetwind is amicable and a bit sassy, often rather playful to other cats. She has a friendly, subtle sense of humor around her friends. A lot of these parts of her personality, though, were muffled after her litter was killed in one of the recent raids. Since then, she has become far more vindictive and defensive, though more so to those who do not trust Fawnstar's judgement, which she wholly and entirely trusts. She holds quite a bit of malice and disdain for the doubters. She has sworn vengeance on the rogues, and has sworn also to protect Ivybriar and her unborn kits with her own life. She is determined not to let anything like what happened to her happen again, even if it's the last thing she does.
history;; Russetkit was born in the early winter, and was the only surviving kit of her litter. She struggled a bit at first with apprenticeship, not being the most social or talented of cats at first, though she eventually did learn how to make something of herself. Her talent appeared to be her hunting prowess; she was fast and agile, though not too strong, thus leading to her warrior name in the end, Russetwind, for being as fast as the wind. Recently, though, she found herself carrying kits, and for that she was delighted. The thought of motherhood excited her, and she couldn't wait to see her new kits and give them names and watch them grow. They were born; three kits, two red like their mother and one a charcoal gray. Pinekit, Redkit, and Shadekit were their names. They never grew out of those names; at only two moons old, the kits were killed in one of the rogues' raids. This has led her to being the cat she is now; vengeful and protective.

personality;; Wolfstripe is a proud senior warrior, with a constant air of confidence and even arrogance about him. He is often very somber and it is rare that his whiskers so much as twitch with amusement; he is stoic and the strongest of his emotions only ever seems to be passionate anger. He is a skilled warrior, a bit slow but strong, and while fighting he has a cold, steely concentration on his work. Wolfstripe is, however, very critical of any sort of authority; usually he is silent on the matters, but he is not afraid to speak his mind and try to sway others to his side. He is sometimes almost terrifyingly charismatic, his words taking advantage of less strong-willed cats. Wolfstripe was one of the few cats that was doubtful of Fawnstar’s declaration even at first, and since then his doubt has only grown. He will act, sooner rather than later. Despite his inborn xenophobia towards outsiders, he’s beginning to see the rogue’s point—it’s better than Fawnstar’s, in any case.
history;; Wolfstripe was born and raised in HazeClan, and is one of the more senior warriors. He was born to a she-cat named Rockpelt with two siblings, Stormfang and Silverfoot, though they died several moons ago (Stormfang to a fox, and Silverfoot to infected wounds after attacking a loner). His siblings have always been similar to him; battle-hungry and confident. Wolfstripe has mentored several apprentices, but the most recent has passed in the attacks, which infuriates him even more when it comes to Fawnstar’s, in his mind, foul decisions.

personality;; Smokefang would be described as a jerk. Unkind and sarcastic to everyone, she doesn’t really have any connections to anyone in the clan. She’s super snarky and tends to care mostly about herself, and ignores most other cats. She would rather be left alone and not have to interact with anyone. it’s unlikely for her to have any good relations, unless someone puts actual effort in trying to be with her. Otherwise she’d probably yell at them. Those who do manage to befriend her she will defend until the end. She is fiercely loyal to them and will do anything to help them.
