the oldest of the husdon's children, elizabeth or lizzie to her loved ones, was
raised to be a lady. notoriously unimpressed of that ideal, lizzie chose instea
d to spend what time she could outside of the house as soon as she turned si
xteen, accompanied by a member of staff at all times, according to her pare
nt's wishes. she watched the world go by, reading newspapers and hearing go
ssip from every street corner until she her behavior began to deviate too mu
ch from what her parents would have liked. after a few months confined to t
he house and a tongue lashing, lizzie was once again allowed to leave, only t
o stir up rumours as to what she was really doing. as a highly educated woma
n, lizzie is thoughtful and wastes no time in forming her own conclusions abo
ut situations. utterly disillusioned of a life playing second fiddle to her paren
t's world, the generosity of the eldest hudson daughter is often reduced to n
othing more than nasty rumours. she has a very short fuse as regards her fam
ily sometimes, and can be highly critical of them, even if she knows her pare
nts are only doing what they think is right for her and her siblings. despite h
er love of people, she is terrified of getting to close to someone.

Cyra is a proud woman, often putting too much importance on appearance. The tall, elegant older woman is usually found wearing extravagant gowns and dazzling jewels. To her, they are a symbol of status and power. As someone who once had neither, she tends to place too much value in these things. So when Cyra found out about her late husband's debt, she felt her power slipping like sand between her fingers. Her pride and her private nature won't allow her to tell anyone of the debt her husband left when he passed. She's willing do whatever is needed to take that secret to her grave.

Despite placing too much value on the finer things in life, she's usually welcoming to others. While Cyra is a thoughtful listener, her subtle display of emotion makes it difficult to truly know what she thinks of you.

Viana’s calm, collected demeanor is often accompanied by her quick wit and razor-sharp tongue. While her witty remarks are never out of malice, occasionally she finds herself wishing she could learn to just bite her tongue every now and then. Otherwise, she’s generally friendly and easygoing. It often takes her awhile to warm up to new people, but once you’ve earned her trust, Viana is fiercely loyal.

Curious by nature, Viana is highly observant of her surroundings. Picking up on little details and things that appear slightly off. She often uses her observation skills to control her emotions. When she feels herself begin to lose control of her emotions, she begins trying to find details about the person she’s with to bring her thoughts back to the present. Viana prides herself on being level-headed and rarely raising her voice.

Over the years, Viana has learned it’s better to stay as far away from the spotlight as possible. Being the center of attention has never turned out well as far as she’s concerned. Not too long ago, the woman was betrothed to a man whom she didn’t love, but it was a smart thing to do financially. At least, that’s what her parents told her. In the weeks leading up to their wedding, Viana started to fall for his sister. But she knew better than to act on it and never told a living soul. But one day someone caught them talking with one another, and soon rumors spread between their families. The next thing Viana remembers are the accusations from her mother, calling her insane, a disgrace to the family. That’s how she ended up staying with her aunt. Viana still regrets never acting on her feelings, especially knowing now that it would’ve ended the same either way.
