The year is 1912, London is covered in rot, muck and poverty, lower class citizens are screaming out after reading about the horrific events that occurred on the freshly sunken Titanic, and change is brewing like a storm in the atmosphere.

However some families live happily unaware of these tragedies that occur on a daily basis, their lives seemingly unaffected by poverty, or scandal - though they're often affected by one or the other. I refer to the upper class: those who sleep on plush mattresses, have staff to perform a multitude of everyday tasks for them and are often idolised by those in the classes below them. Our story focuses on two of the wealthiest families in Britain, supposedly, both of whom are now brought together by a proposed marriage. What each family is unaware of, is that they are wrought with secrets and lies - haunted by mistakes they have made in the past, which now seem to be hunting them down with the intent of revenge.

Rhett is an ambitious, deceptive, determined,
and cunning man. He’s willing to do whatever
it takes to bring down the oppressive wealthy
class. Rhett doesn’t trust easily, but if you’ve
proven your loyalty, he would take a bullet to
save you.

Rhett was born into a poor family. His mother
died when he was young, leaving his father to
raise him alone. His father was a clock maker,
and secretly part of the uprising. Rhett began
working with the uprising as well shortly after
turning 16. A few years later, the uprising lost
it’s leader and Rhett took over the position.

william charles chadwick is supposedly the
living image of a respectable english gentle
man. proud, well spoken, assertive, control
ling around women and those under his clas
s, the eldest son stands for the all the tradi
tional ideals of england and its empire. ther
efore, the young aristocrat can come across
pomp, with an air of refined arrogance, and
exceptionally dismissive (particularly to th
ose lower in status than he). but william ha
rbours a dark secret that throws all these t
raits to the wind- making them nothing but
a facade. in reality the brunette is working
to fight against the oppression of the lower
class and women - murdering those who sta
nd at the forefront against this progress. in
other words, the most vile and twisted men
and women are the young aristocrat's target
s, many having met their fate at his hand.

due to his such rebellious and quite frankly ille
gal life, william knows that to avoid detection
he must always play the part of an ideal engli
shman - sharing his secrets with no one. no ma
tter how close they may be to him. over the y
ears he has refined this to prefection and yet h
ates every movement of it when these harsh, i
cily cold words and movements are not the you
ng aristocrat in the slightest. despite appearing
as though nothing affects him, that no ones wo
rds in hate or displeasure towards him, affects
him, deep down william wishes for nothing mor
e than to just be himself - to not be seen as the
villain that so many think him to be. but knowi
ng that his safety may be brought into the bala
nce if he does, william plays his part, treating
everyone coldly. this tears the eldest son apart
as he knows he will never be able to truly love
someone or be loved in return due to the mons
ter he plays. he fears therefore, than one he m
ay come to love will be lost to him forever. for
who could love a being of ice? cruel and cold?
