She is not hesitant to snap back, being rather sassy and unafraid to start a fight as she is quite strong for her shape. But being brave (and rather cocky) she won the favor of the quidditch teacher and became the houses team captain, using her responsibility and leadership skills to win the team over. Stab her in the back, and she'll stab right back. She isn't one to be merciful, so don't get on her bad side||♚

♚||Past:Being the daughter of two important political figure heads in the wizarding world wouldn't make people think you'd be a complete rebel towards that sort of thing, right? Well you're wrong, because Alice is just that. She has rebelled her whole life, and doesn't care for the consequences, no matter how big. She has to travel a lot in her life, her parents being so busy they are constantly dragging Alice from country to country when schools not on so they can speak at meetings and debates while their daughter slunks in the background or sneaks off to mess around on her broomstick. She speaks many languages from their travelling, as in the first 10 years of her life Alice would constantly be travelling everywhere, living in a new country abroad almost every few months, and sometimes even a year! But when she turned 11, she stopped the constant moving and her parents finally let her fully live and move into their normal house. But that didn't stop them from making her travel, but at least they did it less then. Alice was homeschooled, so when she finally could go to secondary school at Hogwarts she jumped at the opportunity to make friends and attend real classes. Instantly she found a love for the real magical arts and of course, flying. Quidditch became her passion and something she still refuses to give up. One problem she always had was her love life. Whenever she would fall for a girl, she wold soon discover that girl was in fact straight and would give up. Soon, she started to give up on finding a girlfriend completely though she still desired some love in her life, especially when she was so distant from her parents she couldn't get any from them. She is a bit rusty in her languages, sometimes sounding like a google translate machine, but its better than most kids. She loves flying and magic to this day, and wishes to one day be on the England Quidditch Team||♚

A very loyal and serious bird, he is loyal to death to Alice and will do anything to help her. He is short-tempered like his owner, and doesn't like it when smaller birds are annoying him. He will normally be seen in the early hours, flying beside Alice while she glides around on her broom. ♚||Past:Her mother fell in love with a wizard, but shapeshifter and wizards mating was illegal. This led to the birth of Conny, her name meaning Con-Artist respectively out of shapeshifter tradition. Thank goodness shapeshifters are intelligent and civilized, or she would have been bullied and mistreated for her parents mistake. Raised in Scotland in a small town full of shapeshifters like her that are sheltered from the outside world, she was surprised to receive a letter requesting the half-witch to attend Hogwarts witchcraft and wizardry. Attending, she studied as hard as possible and was rewarded with house points and more. She may have been looked down upon by some for her half-shapeshifter origins, but frankly, she didn't give a damn. She embraced this power and used it in many ways. She made few friends, but that did not matter as found herself in love with a boy her age called George. Through that love he helped her unlock her patronus, a beautiful Abraxan. Soon, years later, he grew ill and was taken out of school and took home. Then, he died. Overwhelmed with grief she turned into an owl, his patronus, and fled the school for days on end. When she returned, she returned to her normal studies. It was her final test, and she discovered that her patronus had turned from an Abraxan to a Thestral. Only the magical creatures and the animals could comfort her. After graduating, she studied further into the world of magical creatures and after the former professor of the study of Magical Creatures retired she was welcomed to teach at Hogwarts. That was four years ago, and now she teaches at Hogwarts as a respected Professor and magical creature herself, teaching among her own kind||♚

She is rather fond of younger children, which comes from her little cousin Molly who she loved playing with. She especially likes her cat Bandit, and loves playing with him, often letting him sit on her while she studies. Thought, this means she isn't very good at talking to people. She can be defensive and can come off as rude. She does want friends, its just not easy for this girl||♚

She hated her mother, though they had good times together, she had abandoned her. This sort of turned her darker, becoming emo. Raised in the muggle world, thankfully she had a witch for an aunt to teach her about the wizarding world. Eventually receiving her letter from hogwarts, she was sorted into Ravenclaw for her smarts and worked hard, (all while sneaking in an ipod nano to listen to "edgy" music) studying as much as possible to get through her years at hogwarts, making her one of the smartest students in her classes||♚

He has large clumsy paws and often likes to get into mischief, steeling socks and other items of clothing from the other children in the Ravenclaw dorms. But he is also rather lazy, enjoying long naps and sitting in the sunshine during the brighter seasons while his owner, Eve, studies, petting him gently. He also likes to sneak into the kitchen, often stealing a few fish or perhaps a small biscuit. The name Bandit really does suit him, as he does steal things a lot after all||♚

Appearance: Short for his age and somewhat pale, he's got short curly light brown hair and 'black' eyes. He doesn't look like much of a threat to anyone, particularly with his baby face, though as he grows older, he catches up in height more and builds up a bit of physical strength while away from school. The most common colours in his usual wardrobe are greens and browns and the occasional pale yellow or white.
Personality: While Chris' appearance may cause one to think of him as more of the calm, quiet type that stays out of trouble, that doesn't quite hold up. While he's usually fairly quiet and likes to keep to himself, when his views are challenged or he is forced into circumstances he sees as unfair, he doesn't hesitate to voice that. He may quickly gain a reputation for pointing out and condemning more archaic or unnecessary aspects of the wizarding world, thanks to his muggle life based mindset. Quidditch actually becomes a favourite. To rag on, of course. Being as out of the way as he is, it is understandably difficult to come across friends at times, though he's definitely far more of a listener, even with the closest of friends. If you need someone to complain to or one to keep a secret, he'd not protest that role. He does have a tendency to bottle his own thoughts and emotions up at times, however.

Dislikes: Dogs, lightning, overly noisy people, anything he deems to be unfair or unreasonable in some way
History: His family has built a bit of a name for itself for a high concentration of trouble-makers over the years. Not quite in Britain, however, as the family's history lies in Germany instead (thus the Walter surname). Christopher's parents in particular were on the run from fairly heavy charges, which brought them to Britain for a time. In a rush to get away once it seemed they were caught, the pair ended up abandoning him after he'd wandered off, saving their own butts rather than bothering to search for what they'd have called a runt anyway.
Luckily, he was found on his own and ended up in an orphanage, where he would soon enough find a home with a pair of muggles (Fred and Malcom Anthony, a gay couple). There'd been an attempt to find his parents beforehand, of course, though they were gone as far as anyone knew and all the child could give were increasingly hazier recollections of what they looked like as well as his own name (spelled with a K rather than a Ch) and surname.
He grew up relatively happy after that, though he was considered an 'odd' kid. The occasional magic outburst was enough to freak people out and get called that himself. When the time came, it'd been the same as with muggle-born children, where the parents had the situation explained to them by a staff member coming to deliver the letter rather than a letter of invitation being sent via owl post. In the end, he'd gone off what he'd assumed his adoptive parents appeared to like better, coming to the school despite the fact he would have rather stayed home and attended a 'normal' school still.

Known for being completely ruled by her emotions, Flora Dwyer is an eternal optimist. She's the most stubborn ray of sunshine you will ever meet, with a heart of gold and an opinion on almost everything and anything. The brunette would like to consider herself well versed in most things, care of magical creatures, astronomy, herbology, divination, (she totally sucks at charms and all things potions related but is too stubborn to ever admit it). Her confidence can be overwhelming but she mostly tries to use it to bring others out of their shells.

Her childhood left few things to be desired, with parents almost as positive as her and friends that she has remained loyal to through thick and thin. Throughout adolescence, times got a little bit tougher, with her magical abilities beginning to flourish at a stage in her life where everything seemed perfect. It was an unwanted development, which meant she had to lie to her friends and ultimately leave them behind. Despite these minor setbacks, the brunette has made plenty of friends at Hogwarts and now lives for all things magical.
