➳abilities / powers; Yu himself is just a normal human kid though he is pretty intelligent for his age. (He’s no prodigy though)
➳weapons; I guess Yu’s beyblade is technically his weapon so yeah. Yu’s beyblade, named Flame Libra, is no ordinary spinning top. Libra is capable of breaking through concrete or use its super sonic waves to attack. It can move in accordance with Yu’s will and shouldn’t be underestimated. It has a few special abilities which it uses to defend itself and Yu:
Sonic Wave- Libra launches super sonic, blade-like, waves at the target.
Sonic Buster- Libra sends concentrated sonic waves into the ground around it until the ground disintegrates into sand. As it continues to send waves the sand becomes quicksand, slowly swallowing foes.
Inferno Blast- Libra vibrates violently until a high pitched screech is heard and it is enveloped in a green pillar of light that can be seen for miles. When used in the sand, anything stuck in the sand will slowly be pulled towards the light and anything that enters the green light is basically ripped to shreds.
Sonic Shield- a field of sonic waves protects Libra from direct attack

➳personality; Yu is energetic, carefree, and cheerful. Though he's very young he is generally good natured, intelligent, and an astute observer as well as having strong convictions. He can be a bit of a complainer and isn’t very responsible though. He loves to give people nicknames almost as much as he loves desserts.
