The heads of the households are married.
The heirs are siblings and are children of the heads of household.
And yes Leila can be the third heir.

Audrey was shot in the head by the mob because she grew up dealing with shady business and shady people (even though her personality is pretty chill and collected). Once she died, she woke up in the hell with a bullet hole in her head that would be there forever. She then met Lucifer and he recuited her to be a reaper for hell and she (reluctantly) did it. She didn’t like her job, but she got to meet her little demon friend, Edmond, who is a cool yet snyde guy. Then Lucifer fired her because Edmond and Audrey just sat in their room and played video games. So she was sent back to earth to find 10 people to kill. But she probably won’t do it.

The humans (for the most part) have no clue the vampires exist. Some humans do know however, and their relationships vary.
