Being in her prime Nefertiti is a for
ce to be reckoned with. Standing 16.3
hands tall and weighing in at 1,300 lbs
she is a big mare with a well-muscled
rump and strong legs. Simple in color
she's black all over with a blaze, and
a single sock on her back left leg. Her
pelt for the most part has small little
scars where hair has regrown but a ne
w scar litters her pelt. On her chest a
re claw parks still pink from healing.

Nefertiti is a wise and dependable mare, she knows the way of the wo
ods and should you find yourself being lead by her you can rest easy.
She knows the lay of the land, where the best spots for grazing are
at, streams and rivers, even the distant mountains are all knowledge
that this mare holds onto and passes down into her daughters and so
ns. She has proven three times over already that she is an immaculate
dam, all three of her first foals living to be adults before going their o
wn ways- all three times it broke her heart. Nefer builds bonds with h
er stallion and foals that are unbreakable, she loves deeply and makes
a steadfast mare. She is beyond loyal to those she has bonded with, go
ing as far as fighting if she must to get back to them, which has always
been her last resort. Her love and trust are hard to loose, but this mar
e remembers everything from the way you look at her to the tone you
address her with, every single detail. Being usually a quiet natured ma
re she really only speaks when expressing affection, guiding her foals,
or commanding others. As she has gotten older she has grown to be m
ore dominate, knowing that her knowledge is of power and her sheer
brute strength can help a herd thrive. While she may be a bit more do
minate than some she is by no means and bully and she won't tolerate
other mares who behave as such. She has no issues with chasing a mar
e from the herd if they routinely misbehave but she's also forgiving, k
nowing that more often than not bratty mares were created by a lack
of discipline as a foal she is more in the way of giving swift nips and k
icks to correct behavior than chase them away. Her forgiving heart an
d vast patience means she puts up with alot and she isn't one who hol
ds grudges, unless you've personally wronged her. Unlike some mares
she doesn't mind most mares, she's actually very protective of elderly
and young mares, she's very reactive when it comes to mares of her
herd or harem, always stepping in if one is trying to be snaked away
she is aggressive and possessive in the heat of the moment, her only
focus being to keep the other safe. She has a natural inclination to be
friendly to other mares and fillies, raidiating a motherly and safe aura
she is one who can put others at ease. That being said when she has a
newborn at her hip she tends to be less patient and understanding wi
th mares, only letting the sire of the foal near it under a watchful eye
though she is very loving of other foals and will even let those who
aren't her own suckle, she's a true embodiment of a motherly mare.

Citadel is a bit on the more petite side as far
as mares are concerned. Standing just 14.2
hands tall and weighing a measly 893 lbs she
isn't the largest mare around- though she mi
ght be the most elegant. With a gray pelt fr
ee from imperfections and a long mane and
tail she's a sight to see, that's for sure. She
has warm chocolately brown eyes that only
add on to her sweet and patient aura.

Citadel is one of the sweetest mares you could possibly ever meet. Sh
e is a genuine sweetheart, you could be mean to her and she would
still be sweet to you. It's entirely possible that this mare simply does
n't have a mean bone in her body, nor even a feisty one. She is a mar
e of simple desires and she never truly yearns for something. She is n
either a dominate nor submissive mare, not being one who cowers in
submission at other horses but she isn't one to bully others. She know
s where her place is within a herd and moves into it without causing
disturbances. Due to her sweet nature Citadel usually backs down fro
m challenges, not in submission, but because she doesn't want to hurt
another mare or her own stallion. With age comes knowledge and tha
t is one thing that sets this mare apart from the rest. She has experie
nce in almost everything, from raising special needs foals, to what pl
ants are safe to eat, and even how to traverse a rocky mountain side.
Her knowledge meets no end and she happily teaches others in her w
ays, even if some of them might be a bit..peculiar. Citadel is also an
extremely forgiving and gracious individual, she forgives everything
and very rarely does she hold grudges it's simply not a way of living f
or her and she's not vindictive nor does she have a vengeful heart. S
e firmly believes that an eye for an eye makes the whole world go bl
ind. Often keeping loved ones at arm's lengths, barring her stallion,
one might assume the mare is snobby but in reality she simply fears
losing those she is close to or failing them- however if you ever need
her in a pinch count on her staying by your side through thick and th
in. That being said Citadel is untrusting of other mares, especially o
nes who try and dominate everything, her trust and respect must be
earned. Through that process though one would learn she's an extre
mely patient individual, she has never lost her temper, nor snapped
at another. She tolerates almost everything, from annoying antics, t
o mares who are simply immature she truly is the type of mare who
can look past anything. It's extremely hard to piss her off, nearly im
possible and she is particularly good with fussy foals. Speaking of w
hich, Citadel is a doting and attentive dam. Her first foal being com
pletely blind gave way to a mare who is always watching for the sm
allest things that could threaten the safety of her offspring. Insuring
their survival is her highest priority and she doesn't take the loss of a
foal lightly- she abandoned her first stallion due to the loss of her f
illy. He wanted to move but she stood for almost a week over the bo
dy of the petite foal, mourning and guarding it from scavengers. Her
observational nature often means she picks up on tiny details.

Serenity is a large mare, standing 17.1 hands tall
and weighing in at nearly 1,500 pounds she isn't
one to be taken lightly. With a muscled and large
build there is no doubt that this mare is strong. H
er pelt shimmers under the light with her perlino
coloration, she stands out with her pink muzzle to
match. Serenity doesn't have many scars, only one
that wraps around her neck right behind her head,
it's only noticeable if you're grooming her but it's f
rom a vine when she was just six years old.

Serenity is a tranquil and easy going mare, often not being one to ca
use a fuss it's truly rare for this mare to be in a negative mood. She's
usually at ease, not fretting over many things in life she has a unique
ability to calm those around her. Even on the darkest of days she is k
nown to be a spot of light amidst the clouds, Often being the ears to
disgruntled mares or even her own stallion she's easy to trust and con
fide in- like a magnet to others around her she exudes a warm aura.
Serenity is an intelligent mare, insightful and observant she picks up
on things easily and it's not unlike her to discover new things. She's c
urious by nature, but not so that she'd wander off. One thing Serenit
y detests is being alone, she doesn't even specifically need the pres
ence of a stallion to make her feel comfortable but any other horse p
uts her at ease. Pandora is quick to form strong and everlasting bond
s with her herd, if she's lost rest assured she will find her way back e
ven if it kills her in the process. Due to this Serenity is emotional and
very affectionate, she's not shy when it comes to showing affection o
r even flirting with her stallion. That being said Pandora isn't a mare
to be trifled with. She doesn't take kindly to aggression from other m
ares and while she isn't specifically dominate she won't hesitate to pu
t another mare in their place should she have to. She's also a vicousl
y protective and attentive dam, going to great lengths to protect and
guide her offspring she loves her foals deeply, when they leave her s
ide, or worse, it's obvious that the mare is crushed. Should you try to
harm, or even nurse, her own foals expect her to come after you like
hellfire. Serenity is extremely possessive of her foals, she's proven he
rself to be a capable mare who routinely labors strong and healthy f
oals she doesn't trust other mares around her young. She also won't t
olerate another horse, excluding their sire, to correct her young- sh
e firmly believes that isn't anyone else's place but her own.

HIST. Serenity had quite the normal upbringing, though she was
raised in quite a combative herd she adopted a tranquil demeanor at
a young age. When she was but six years old she was fleeing from a
wolf and her head got trapped in a low hanging vine. She pulled away
in panic and the friction cause a burn, the fur has regrown but a scar
is noticeable if you're close. Serenity recently lost a yearling colt to
a pack of wolves in the midst of the harsh winter. She blames herself.

Just like her formal name would suggest, Sparrow is a free spirit. Often taking
leave whenever she feels, foal on her hip or pregnant it would take some serio
us trust or bonding to keep this mare in one herd for long. She's more nomadic
and independent than most horses, enjoying her freedom to do and go as she
pleases she isn't one to does well with being tied down or remaining stagnant
for too long. Her wings have never been clipped and she plans to keep it that
way. Besides her free spirited nature she's an observant mare, always picking
up on the slightest of scents and the smallest of movements nothing truly slip
s by her unnoticed. She's headstrong and steadfast in her ways, though throu
gh knowledge she can be swayed, but not without a fight first. Sparrow isn't t
he type of mare who runs from a challenge, she is anything but the sort actua
lly. While it may not be her strongest trait she is not only competitive but do
mineering and down right possessive. She meets all challenges head on and w
ith full force, it's exceedingly rare that she would submit and when she does
consider it the greatest level of respect one could receive from her. Despite
her stubborn and domineering side she knows when a mare is wiser than her
and tends to heed their advice should she be caught in the right mood, being
more a mare's mare than a stallion's mare she befriends mares easily and it's
not uncharacteristic of her to be found leading small harems of yearling mar
es, she's trustworthy enough and knows where the best goodies are at waitin
g to be eaten. Sparrow goes out of her way quite often to get what she want
s and trying to stop her will only result in a challenge from her, stop her and
she will fight back even if what she's fighting for seems foolish. Those things
aside if one were to peak into the parental side of her you'd find a sickly sw
eet and affectionate mare towards her foals. She's a doting mother, always
preening her foals and she's not one who punishes them often, it's more com
mong to see her ignore bad behavior than reprimand her offspring. However
if she ever saw or caught wind of another mare correcting her foals she won't
have a single bit of it, regardless of if their intentions were good or not. She
doesn't hesitate to become one of the meanest mares you've ever met when
it comes to her offspring, borderline aggressive towards stallions when she
has a foal that isn't theirs on her hip. Often times if she's in a herd when lab
oring she will sneak away to be alone, only letting their sire know. All in all
Sparrow is a free spirited mare who tends not to work well in large herds.

The first impression one might have of Duchess is that she's flirty and
sweet, which would be correct, if you were a stallion. Duchess is a
ginormous flirt, not in a pushy sense but a tantalizing sense. She li
kes the thrill of a stallion chasing her, she knows how to work the s
ystem and does so happily. She wants you to remember her, to wan
t for her. Yet she does so without coming across as need or sloppy, b
ut rather deliberate and poised. She might lack experience and kno
ledge based off of age but she's damn good at playing her cards righ
t. That being said her young age also means she's still figuring out s
ome things, particularly her place in a herd. Duchess is an untapped
reserve of dominance and confidence. She's arrogant due to her age
and with her slowly coming into her prime years her domineering be
haviour has only worsened. She doesn't hesitate to fight other mare
s for power, regardless of their age or stature. Though once beaten
she backs off, even if she pouts for some time after. Duchess just ne
eds to be put in her place once before she gets the message. That b
eing said she is quick to warm up to others and is very protective of
those she's close to, she builds bonds quickly and loves deeply.

HIST. Many of Duchess' behavioural problems come from a dam
who had no idea what she was doing. As a filly she was prized among
the season's foals, being the only one who carried her sire's pelt from
and early age she had a false sense of superiority. Her dam never dis
ciplined her for acting out and that has translated into her adulthood.
She simply needs a mentor to help refine her bold personality.

Soft spoken, submissive, and a total sweetheart would be the first imp
ression one would receive from Noelle. She's a sweet mare with a gen
tle disposition, she enjoys pleasing others and helping to elevate the
mood within the herd. She's the truest form of an optimist and come
rain or snow she's always the one who is able to find the silver lining.
Her positivity plays a large role in her forethought, that paired with
her inquisitive and curious nature mean this mare is always pleased
by the smallest of things, from a lady bug on a frond of grass to even
a birds feather on the ground she finds everything incredibly interest
ing. Noelle, while not being the smartest logically or being experienc
ed, knows a surprising amount of trivia. From old human folklore to
various breeds of her kind her 'useless' knowledge is vast and someti
mes overwhelming. She is still learning many things, like what is saf
e to eat and not but she learns quickly. That being said Noelle is a v
ery submissive mare, often being the one that older and domineerin
g mares can push around she often doesn't defend herself but rather
just ignores them and moves away. She's incredibly flighty and timid,
especially with stallions. One wrong move or action and this mare b
olts and is gone with the wind, fleeing to where she feels the safest,
densely wooded forests. She's delicate and filled with the wrong imp
ressions, it takes patience for her to remain calm and collected, bey
ond that she is incredibly sensitive with a soft heart. She gets her fe
elings hurt very easily so tread lightly or fear losing her delicately s
trung trust, however if she odes trust you she doesn't hesitate to sho
w her affections openly. This mare responds greatly to a soft touch a
nd affection, all she needs is reassurance and affection to be happy.

HIST. Noelle was born to a sweet dam, one who was originally owned
by humans as a brood mare- hence Noelle's excellent conformation. H
owever her sire was a cruel and abusive stallion, he didn't truly love h
is mares and lead their herd with fear, she left when she was barely 2
years old and has been petrified of stallions since, fearing them.

i. Peregrine ii. filly iii. a day old iv. American Paint Horse
v. Similar to her dam Peregrine will age to be a large and
hearty mare. As for now though she a smaller filly, her wit
hers just reaching the round of Sparrows belly and she's a
bit on the pudgy side too. She is still very new to the worl
d and so far lacks any scars or blemishes on her plush pelt.
vi. Even at being barely over 24 hours old Peregrine is pr
oving to have quite the personality. She sticks to her moth
er like glue, never straying far and quite a glutton so far. S
he is bubbly and friendly, little nickers and whuffs soundin
g from her constantly and considerably playful if she isn't
napping or eating. So far having only ever known her dam
other horses intrigue her to no end, especially stallions.
