Weaselheart smiled and rose to escort her. “Good evening.It’s quite alright and I don’t think the Gala has even begun yet.” He glanced at the sky, then back at the molly he was to escort. “I’m ready as I’ll ever be.” The tom flicked his tail and glanced towards the Gala doors, where other pairs were lining up. The hoards of cats, all hidden beneath masks, would be incredibly easy to rob, but he had promised Goldenwaves that as a guest, he would be on good behavior. The hunted becomes the hunter just as easily as the hunter becomes the hunted, yet we usually only think of the latter. Some of these cats, underneath their masks, are monsters to society. No wonder I left Sunclan... Yet here I am, crawling back at the wish of an old friend. I’m as pitiful as the rest of them. He looked at Fallencloud and hid his worries beneath his mask and his smile. “Shall we go then?”

Im' half hoping that Starlingpaw will get robbed of his necklace...that'll be on interesting post
