- eska looks like a frost wraith in the snow — all lush white fur and brilliant, clear blue eyes.
- her muzzle is slightly smoky-looking around her nose.
- eska's fur is by no means very thick, so that causes her to feel cold more deeply, but she's grateful for her pelt during the hot summer weather.
- at first glance, she looks smaller than the average female husky, but eska packs a lot of power into her small frame and is also known to contain a lot of bite.
- her left ear is slightly chipped after a hunting accident.
- eska has very keen senses, the most noticeable of all being her sight.

personality ; ; eska often comes across as a very cold individual who can very well survive on her own. she doesn't usually ask for help in any sense, purely because she is a very quick learner, and could probably pick up the skill herself with enough determination. this particular trait is rather ironic seeing as she currently belongs in a group of other canines and where teamwork is paramount. but dogs trust eska to be able to relay information and knowledge to them, and for being reliable both mentally and physically. eska priorities practicality over sentiment, so any opinion she has is mostly based on fact rather than overwhelming emotions. she is very tactful, however, and never likes to hurt anyone's feelings, hence she tends to give encouragement when it is due. one major reason why eska chose to run in a pack is due to her need to protect someone, in this particular case the other dogs. all her life eska has been guarding her loved ones, whether it was her litter mates or her own parents. somehow this sense of responsibility is fulfilled in a pack. eska takes her job very seriously and due to this often gives off a stiff vibe, but she is actually a rather humorous and witty dog who cares for those dear to her. she doesn't stand any nonsense from anyone and would be likely to put you in your place if she sees you disrespecting any other dog, and with that, eska can be a little cynical and distrustful. she finds it difficult to believe that the actions of someone are done out of pure kindness. she is also immensely intelligent and observant, and often sees things from more creative ideas. intolerant, efficient, often lapses into harmless sarcasm.

fears ; ; eska has a large and innate terror of losing everyone and everything she has ever stood for. she's scared that one day, she would wake and her whole world would have tipped upside down like it did when the disease struck.

overall appearance ;; amelie is lithe and elegant, with prominent muscles in her hindlegs. she sports a silky beige coat with a brown overtone and black stripes all around. her muzzle is long and narrow, her ears uncropped, her eyes dark chocolate and soulful. she carries herself with pride and confident, regardless of the situation, appearing to glide over the ground.

personality ;; amelie will do anything to survive. many have called her calculating and selfish, but she simply calls it "being a survivalist". many of her critics are dead anyway. at this point in time, she has acknowledged that staying in a group is probably the best way to go (unfortunately), but do not expect any true loyalty from her. she is pays very close attention to detail, and any weakness shown she will use against someone, period. she is also quite deceitful; she prefers to not show any emotion, however, can be the perfect actress to obtain what she wants. quite clever, she can think on her feet and is quite resourceful. hardworking, she will do the impossible to live another day. however, one of her greatest falls is that she is quite conceited. one day her downfall will almost definitely be another dog that has outplayed her in her own game.....

history ;; amelie was bred to be the perfect showdog. all of her siblings turned out perfect, however, she was above the breed standard and was sold to be a regular housepet. her life was pretty good, until her first owner died when she was only a year old. she was then dropped off at a shelter and readopted by an abusive owner with an aggressive miniature pinscher, that yelled at her when she whined, never exercised her, fed her occasionally and would punish her by tying her outside. the other dog, raven, didn't assist at all, as her and the dog constantly fought over minor things until eventually amelie broke raven's paw. she was then abandoned, and has successfully fended for herself until now. however, as a result with her encounter with raven (and many other desperate dogs during this time), she is rather mistrustful.
