Is the main thread the role-playing thread? And just because someone's in Slytherin, doesn't mean they have to like or follow Voldemort right? And also, I'm changing Blair's pet to an owl, if that's alright.

Ok so yes, if you're in Slytherin than you would have followed Voldemort? And I just realised, nearly everyone's in Slytherin and many of the people in my characters family were part of Gryffindor so can I change to that please?

@ winston, it's been about 200 years so distant family/ancestors would/could have followed voldemort. it doesn't necessarily mean that they will follow him now.

i'd rather you not so we don't have an overhaul of slytherins but as boujee said, it's been a while. people in any house could've followed him but it's mainly the slytherins that did. after the war ended there were new generations who were sorted into all of the houses so none of them are necessarily his followers anymore. most of the slytherin families have roots in that house going back generations. for example, the malfoys have always been slytherins.
