Mutations: He has three powers - enhanced healing/regeneration, lightning manipulation and control over fire. For his healing, any and all wounds heal without a single trace of them being there as his cells regenerate themselves, though the amount of time it takes to heal varies on the severity of the wound - and keep in mind he can't grow back a limb if he loses one. For fire, he can only control it if there is an existing flame, meaning he can't make his own fire and would be virtually useless in the rain. For his lightning, it's only able to stun and temporarily blind if he focuses enough
Group: He is in a duo with Adrianna

Personality: Baxter is a bit of a unique man, suppressing most of his emotions behind a mask of a plain bored "eh". He hardly shows any facial reactions unless it's annoyance, exhaustion, or on the rare occasions amusement. Exhaustion is the one he usually greets people with, and he tends to communicate with sass and sarcasm because of how tired he typically is. He hides all of his emotions and keeps them bottled up as his way of trying to avoid showing what he considers weakness in front of others, but also as a way to catch people off guard when they believe he's a very uncaring person. He doesn't trust easily, and even tries to avoid people - both humans and mutants - for personal reasons. But underneath his mask of nonchalant, he is actually a very caring person. He's protective of certain people, hating to see others get hurt when it could've been avoided, he hates seeing people suffer, and he especially hates senseless hate and violence even though he's numbed himself to it. You could say that deep down he has a squishy heart, and you would be right about him being soft, but he only shows it at certain times unless he's interacting with Steele or someone managed to worm their way into his heart.
Likes: Peace and quiet, animals, helping out, playing the violin and very rarely singing, sleeping, coffee
Dislikes: Cramped places, getting too close to people and losing them, feeling exposed, traitors, not being able to sleep
History: Before the attack happened, Baxter was a very different man. He was much more open with everything, never afraid to get close to people and was almost always happy. The downside is that he didn't exactly have an honest life for he was a mercenary, doing certain kinds of dirty work so long as it didn't collide with his morals. But after a lot of bad events happened(as for that those were, I'll leave that to be found out later along with other things), he closed himself down and kept away from people, only strengthening the wall after the attack happened. However, when he came across Adrianna, he couldn't ignore the fact that someone needed help and pushed aside his better judgement to help out the kid.

Appearance: He is at 6'6 with bright hazel eyes and is lithe with plenty of muscle. He has more than enough scars from before the fallout happened, though the most prominent one is a nasty slash going across his chest and narrowly missing the spot where his heart is

Other: He has a male Husky named Steele and knows a variety of languages thanks to his travels as a mercenary. As for that "technically" at his age, due to a side effect of his healing factor his aging process is slowed slightly so he looks younger than he really is, and it's all because of the way his cells restore themselves

Group: She is in a duo with Baxter

Personality: Adrianna, despite everything that's happened up to this point, is quite the social person. She isn't shy by any means and isn't afraid to step up and greet someone. But this doesn't mean that she's an idiot, blindly going off to meet anyone. In fact, she's quite smart and knows to always assess the scene and the people involved before making her presence known to others. She is a tough and determined individual, and feisty to boot so there's not a chance she'll just lay down and die without putting up a good fight. She is a very loyal person and will always have your back once her trust is gained, and with her protective and motherly side she'll always try to help and make sure people are alright. Aside from this, she can be quite the goof, liking to still have fun and joke around and sometimes tease Baxter about being "an old man".
Likes: Most people, animals, the outside, helping others, the night sky, family
Dislikes: Being alone, unnecessary conflicts, losing her brother, being lost, the cold, lies
History: When Adrianna was younger, she and Carter lost their mom due to a car accident and were left with their dad, and with Carter being only three at the time she didn't hesitate to step up to the plate to help take care of him. Wherever they were and whenever their dad was at work or hunting, she always watched over her brother and made sure he was taken care of, sometimes putting his needs before her own. Then when the nuclear attack happened, when they lost their father and it came to be that Carter wasn't exactly human anymore, Adrianna dedicated herself to look out for her remaining family refusing to let anything happen so long as she was around. And now that the two are separated, she'll do whatever it takes to find him and keep him safe - after smacking some sense into him first of course.

Appearance: She stands at 5'4 and has a small frame, slender and flexible with a wash of freckles across her face.

Species: Mutant
Mutations: His powers simply consist of enhanced senses, meaning he can see and hear better than the average human, and can shape shift into an animal - more specifically, an African wild dog. His physical mutations are simple as well, having a pair of dark brown dog ears that he keeps hidden along with eyes that glow in the right angle of moonlight and have slits for pupils, almost like a cat.

Personality: Carter is a bit of a diamond in the rough. He has potential to be a great partner for someone and be a big help, but his trust issues on top of borderline shyness keeps him from getting too close to people. For survival, when he known he's out-manned, he won't hesitate to pick the Flight option out of Fight or Flight, but if there's someone he knows/is close with he won't be afraid to jump right into the fray even if he knows he's outmatched. He usually seems to have this look of anger about him, but it's not because he's angry - that's just his resting face, and actually be a nice person if you manage to get close enough to him. But that's not to say he doesn't get angry, for he can easily have a temper if he's put into a bad mood, and he can and will snap at someone - perhaps even literally if someone pushed him far enough. But typically, he's a sweet and selfless boy, and can even be energetic and a little silly when given a chance to be so.
Likes: The wind, rain, taking naps, observing others while in animal form and running around, playing around
Dislikes: Most people, spiders, the heat, people making fun of his height/bullies, being cornered
History: Carter was too young to remember his mom when she died, so whenever he thinks of a mother figure his sister is the one that comes to mind. With Adrianna taking care of him and being around so often whenever their dad was off trying to support them, it was only natural for him to look up to her and be like her, even when he wasn't the best with fitting in with the crowd. He could always rely on his sister, but then when it was just the two of them against the world, it didn't take a mastermind to figure out there would more danger with him being a mutant with the hate of mutants and all. So wanting to be the one to keep her safe for once, he packed up one night and took off without looking back.

Name: Azrael Henry
Written Description: Azrael is 6'3 Mexican with a wild, backwards mohawk that bristles with his quick temper. It ends with a long pony tail straightened out with beads. Due to the fallout and his lightning powers, he lost an eye that is now scarred with ugly lines that healed wrongly, so he wears an eyepatch over it to not disturb the other people around him. His other eye is a sharp blue, that "dies" when he uses his lightning and his lost eye comes back to life with almost perfect sight... He becomes blind for a minute when he stops using it, as his unharmed eye slowly regains its vision back. He is rather thickset, wearing a short shirt with a panda design that exposes his pierced belly button and calve high pants that are jet black. Shoes are no longer needed for this boy. At night, his hair goes from jet black to lightly tipped blue, giving off a soft glow to light up the dark areas... A thanks and a disadvantage thanks to his lightning abilities.

Powers: Controls Lightning, it doesn't matter how the weather is, he can make his own, breath Fire and can shift into a Dragon. The dragon is Elephant sized and can carry a good amount of 4 people. His dragon form sadly only lasts a good three hours, but depending on how fully rested Azrael is, it can vary down to two or even one hour

Personality: At first Azrael is very... Rude to strangers. He doesn't trust them and is very suspicious of them until they can prove their "worth," which to Az is their equal trust and their strength. Once you manage to befriend him though he will be a little sweet on you and nice, but the moment you betray him or do something to make him no longer trust you, he becomes angry with you and most likely ends up leaving. All the guy needs is to bond with someone to truly forgive them later on. All this guy really wants is a friend he can trust and have by his side... Yet he is quick to bite at others. He becomes very, very flustered when complimented.
History: Azrael came from Mexico, where his family stayed for generations. He doesn't talk much about it, but his mother was very complainy about not having money and how he didn't get a job the moment he got out of school... In Spanish and yelling edition. Honestly he is just glad he left his home.
Other: Cusses at people in Spanish and will sometimes talk very fast in his language to annoy or chase people away

Personality: Leon is a very relaxed man, doesn't care about much and accepts everyone for who they are. He likes to fight though, and any chance at fighting someone makes his day complete. He carries a bunch of burdens however, and when asked certain questions he becomes distant and refuses to talk further, and pushed about it will make him fight you. He never really has any outbursts unless something feels off about how other people do things. He usually always chooses to judge and evaluate first before confronting someone. Asking him about family really, really makes him mad and hurt... If you focus close enough on him when the subject is touched, he begins to break down in front of you.
History: Leon... Well, he was a father of 5 kids, but the family was dysfunctional. Leon was trying his best to raise all his kids while their mom was no where to be found, and then his world stopped. All his kids were taken from him in a horrible divorce and he ended up settling down on cigars for comfort. He was never allowed to even see his 3 year old boy, who was the runt of the family and was just like his father. Then the world really stopped. He managed to make it to a shelter with three other people, but when he went searching for his kids... Yeah. I'm pretty sure you know how the story ended. Longer story shorter, he paired up with Azrael, who absolutely hates him for no apparent reason so far, and partially depends on the tall boy to help him through the Wastelands.
Other: Completely human, smokes to stay calm.

Is being able to shift into a dragon okay for Azrael?? I can always change it to something else if its preferred as op or too much. Also i actually drew Henry but i forgot to take a picture of him so i explained him (I also couldn't find any good photos online hng)

turning into a dragon sounds really cool and intetesting! Personally I think it depends on the size. If it’s larger, I would say there’d have to be some sort of downside (like draining his energy, or it can only last so long etc.) you know what I mean?
