Osiris has lived the life of a loner for most of his life. It was
both by choice but also circumstance. Since he was a pup,
he lived in a large pack with his family. The alpha of that
pack was cruel and often killed pups he didn't think were
"decent" or worth their limited resources. Osiris had to show
that he was not one of these pups, but he saw many of his
friends and siblings perish. His pack was starved and weak,
banished from the mainlands because of their betrayal of
the pack that resided there years ago. However, Osiris did
not want to live like this. When he turned two years old he
challenged the alpha for his place, sick of seeing his family
mistreated. Osiris killed the alpha by accident, he was only
supposed to be forced into banishment. Upon doing this, he
ran, scared to look into his mother's eyes. Ever since he tried
to join other packs but the past kept haunting him, and he
was worried that if he was ever tipped over the edge again,
he won't be able to control himself. And so, he lived the life
of a loner ever since.

That is, until he met the young abandoned pup Tundra. Unable
to leave the pup to starve, he took her in and protects him as
though she is his own. He is very protective over her, and has
made it his goal to raise her right and give her a good future,
he does not want her to become the failure that he did.

Kestrel is a survivor, a wolf who comes out of terrible situations time after time due to his intelligence and good luck. He is no fighter and prefers not to fight anyone directly, but can be a decent challenge if necessary. He is good at thinking things through and tries to make the best possible decisions, and that helped him in his life as a lone wolf. Despite being good at staying alive, he never liked listening to any wolves that were considered superior; he makes his own rules, and that's final. He fights who he wants, talks to who he wants...nobody can tell him what he can't do with his life, and he loves it. His freedom is all he needs, and he wants to stay with it. But now in this unfamiliar land, he realizes that he may need to join with someone else after all- but how could he do that without giving up the freedom he loves so much? It's something he thinks about often, and at the same time is the one thing he doesn't want to even consider.

Kestrel is a deep black wolf with golden eyes, and a few scars on his side from when he was younger and more reckless.
