personality;; Italo is a very shy and submissive wolf and very much a follower. He's often anxious and paranoid over little things, but he's actually a sweet heart who's always trying to look out for everyone.
history;; Italo was the son of the alpha's of a small pack. His mother loved him and his two sisters very dearly, but his father was always very distant. When he was still young, his mother passed away as she tried fighting off a bear from the territory, while it didn't manage to kill her, it chased her off to a cliff edge where she slipped and fell to her death.
This left Italo and his sisters to be raised by their father- Flame, who had taken a turn for the worse after his mate's death. He became abusive, both physically and psicologically which deeply scarred all three pups. As they grew, a horrible winter came starving out the pack. Flame (the alpha) stood his ground and didn't go look for a more suitable home. Most tried fleeing when the alpha wasn't looking, and if they were caught Flame made sure to punish them. Even with half the pack and one of his daughters dead, Flame still stood his ground, until one morning he was found dead in his dead. Italo and the other remianing wolves didn't care to keep the pack alive, and went on their own ways in hopes to survive. In Italo's case, he joined this pack.

Lily is a perpetually cheerful wolf who always finds something to be happy about. She enjoys the simple pleasures in life, appreciating them to a greater extent than most other wolves would. Some would consider her childish for getting so excited about such small things as eating her favorite prey, feeling a pleasant breeze, or especially getting dirty, but Lily has never let other wolves' opinions stop her before. She is independent, socially, behaving as she does because she wants to. While allowing herself to be openly odd does attract negative attention, Lily feels it more painful to hide herself to be accepted than it is to not be accepted for the wolf that she is. If anyone seems miffed by her happy-go-lucky attitude, Lily will usually ignore their grumpiness. She is unlikely to actually confront them unless such treatment becomes very direct and serious. Lily does not enjoy confrontations, so she will avoid them when possible, though she will speak up if pushed to it. That said, Lily does find rejection to be very painful. She longs for the approval of authority figures, projecting her need for parental guidance onto others, and some consider her a "teacher's pet", especially since she spends so much time with the more high-ranking wolves. Regardless, Lily is helpful and compliant with most other wolves. She thinks the best of others and is usually submissive when ranks come into play.

Lily was only a few months when Malcolm discovered her, alone and abandoned, and decided to take her into his tiny pack. Her parents were likely killed in the same blizzard that decimated her alpha's once-thriving pack, but she was so young when it happened that she can barely remember anything except her current life. Lily grew into a fine young she-wolf and has recently gotten old enough to be a full hunter, which she is very proud of. She hopes to give back to the family that adopted her when she had no one. That is, everyone except Luna. Lily does not know why, but she never liked Luna much. She feels that Luna is unfit to be the alpha female and resents Luna's authority over her. While Lily is normally bubbly and cheerful, she is always more quiet and withdrawn around Luna. It is likely that Lily has some unaddressed feelings of jealousy that Luna has taken Malcolm's attention, leaving her as unimportant and forgotten, but Lily lacks the self awareness to realize this at the moment.
Fortunately, she has friends in Akima and Parkestia when she needs a listening ear. Being one of the youngest members of the pack, Park serves as a sort of surrogate mother role for Lily. Lily likes the feeling of having Park's approval and hopes to make her proud. Akima is more of a "big sister". The two are much closer in age and can relate well to one another. Lily would love to be just like Akima, admiring her for her strength and respected position.
Within the hunters, Lily has decided that she does not like Bear much. Since she is such a new hunter, she does not know Bear very well, and has fallen prey to Bear's usual intimidating first impression. Lily makes a point to avoid Bear out of fear of getting hurt. Ironically, if she got to know Bear, she might change her mind. They do have similar personalities, after all.

Parkestia, or "Park", as she is often called in casual settings, is well-suited for leadership. She does like to be in control, but she has a way of commanding her authority that is friendly and unintimidating. Park firmly believes that subordinates who obey because they want to are far superior to those who submit out of fear. She is firm when she senses and unwillingness to cooperate, but she is also considerate and flexible with wolves who do their best. This might come off as "playing favorites" for particularly resentful pack members, but most realize that leniency from Parkestia is earned, and not so much based on her personal opinion of other wolves. Park is strict in her morals, and absolutely refuses to entertain any notion that she feels is wrong. When possible, she will simply avoid these situations altogether, but if she catches a subordinate wolf doing something they should not, she will be quick to correct them. This is not a wolf who is willing to turn a blind eye to infractions. Park's biggest flaw is her haste. She has trouble making the sort of multi-faceted decisions that require hours, days, or weeks of careful thought. When she needs to make a choice, she always follows her first gut instinct. This makes her excellent at handling surprises, but she can also make things worse by jumping in without having all the facts or considering every option.

For many years, Parkestia spent her life as a member of a medium-sized pack in the mountains. The hunting was good and there were few things the pack wolves had to concern themselves with. Then, the pack was discovered by humans. In particular, it was discovered by the sort of human that likes to shoot wild animals and display them as trophies. That was the unfortunate end of the pack's alpha female. After her sudden death, the pack dissolved into squabbling over ranks and destroyed itself from within. When it became clear that the situation could not be salvaged, Park left, as several of her former packmates had done before her. She traveled in search of a new pack, hoping to regain the bliss she felt as a member of what had once been her family. Then, she discovered the ravaged Jasper pack and joined ranks. Parkestia understood the devastation of losing a pack, and she hoped to play a part in repairing this one. Her hard work was soon rewarded when she was named as a Beta of the Jasper Pack, and she intends to serve Malcolm well until she reaches retirement age in a year or two. While Park strives to treat all the wolves equally, she does have a particular fondness for Anaya. The poor thing had a very rough life and Park pities her, especially since some see her as more of a traitor than a victim.
