Hero Name: Instant Justice, or it was until the death of her mentor and friend. She is now taking the name Quatem.

Personality: She is a nice person when you get to know her. She can be a bit cocky and reckless at times. She always overestimates her ability to get out of situations so she can get herself in trouble at times. She does her best to impress those she cares about, be that friends or teachers.

History: Her parents died when she was young, so she grew up in an orphanage. She has a relatively normal life, it wasn’t fabulous but it was alright. She was a troublemaker for the longest time, even did a few petty crimes. She thought that she deserved it, that she would take what life wouldn’t give her. Her quirke would make it easy for her to amass a ton of money. She could have easily become a villain. But early into her treck she was apprehended by the hero they called Quantem. But instead of handing her over to the police he bought her McDonalds. He had a heart to heart with her. He saw something good in her, the potential to be more than a petty criminal, that she could be a hero. From then on he took her under his wing, showed her what it meant to be hero. He is the reason that she wants wanted to become a hero. From then on she worked hard and it was him who helped her get into UA, it was even him who took her for the Hero Internship. Well she wishes that she hadn't, that was when stane attacked. Quantem got targeted while they were out, she barely escaped with her life, but Quatem wasn’t so lucky. She feels responsible for his death. Her resolve has doubled down, she will do everything in her power to become a hero.

Quirk: Meta Teleportation - She is able to teleport anything anywhere. She just needs a clear picture what/who she is teleporting and where they are being teleported to. It takes a lot of concentration and the more/larger things that she teleports the more energy it takes to do it.

Personality: He is a volatile person, who doesn't like anyone. Her has a hard time working together with anyone. Even if you are on his side he won’t hold back if you were to get caught up in his fight, he doesn't care about friendly fire. He will only put up with people if it means more destruction in the end. Though underneath all that is just a child in pane

History: He never really had a family, well not a typical one. He lived on the streets for as long as he can remember. It was just him against the world for a long time before he met his brother. It was another kid who was living in the streets. They stuck together and helped each other get by. Well they did until his brother died in gang violence. It was then that Maikeru gave up on society, and every one in it. Those who call themselves heros did nothing, they only cared and helped those who matter in this world, they didn’t care about people like him at all. Well that's how he felt, so he turned on everyone, he took out the hatred inside on those people who supposedly matter. He doesn't care anymore all he wants to do is destroy until there is nothing left to take out,

Quirk: Summoning - He is able to summon creatures to do his bidding. He can command them from a distance as well as tap into their sense. Though the more creatures he has summoned the more energy he uses. All of the energy used by each creatures uses comes directly from him, so if he isn't careful he could quickly run out of energy and pass out. In order for him to summon he must have some sort of catalyst he uses yarn dolls.
