mika's in her own little world. she's on a cloud and
she just floats around and observes the world with
silent regard. she's quiet; it's not that she's shy or
insecure, she just prefers silence & would rather lis
ten then pipe in with her opinions. many confuse
quietude for impoliteness, but she's a kind soul in a
mind that processes things a little slowly. essential
ly, she's a sloth. she's often lounging around, maybe
snacking on flaming hot cheetos, with a book in her
hand. mika performs well and quickly under stress,
and when danger strikes, it's like she's a different
gal. until then, she's idle. she struggles with dissoci
ative disorder and can have trouble with recalling or
remembering & being completely present in the
moment, so she requires a bit of patience & care,
but she will reciprocate with endless amounts of lo
yalty, protectiveness, and plenty of weird jokes. she
is great with those. she's quite humorous and loving
with friends. it just takes effort to see that side of her.

marco is through-and-through a selfless
guy. he's crazy charismatic and cares for
others more than he does himself. his leg
could literally fall off and he'd be like "oh
you have a paper cut? omw." he overuses
his healing abilities, which is exhausting
for him, but he'll push past his comfort
to ensure everyone is happy and healthy.
he's somewhat of a germaphobe but can
get into some nitty gritty wounds with no
hesitation. marco is a bit nervous when it
comes to the possibility of letting some
one down. a person died to his powers
once, from misuse, and the guilt plagues
him to his present day. anxiety can be
debilitating for him sometimes, but he'll
still prioritize others. he's fixed his errors.

history. michael was raised in a loving home with his little sister maize. a few years ago, however, their parents died in house fire. it was a freak accident. mike has been taking care of maize in the years since. he really did not want to be chosen for this experiment. leaving his sister alone, despite the fact that she is nineteen now, is very scary for him. he is not happy to be in the dome.
