Personality: Intelligent and yet close minded. He is set in his ways, and isn't likely to listen to new ideas or ways of thinking. There's the wrong way and then there's his way. But he is hard working, ambitious, and gets the job done. He may seem callous, but in his own mind he works for the good of others. Money is always a good motivator, though.
History: What should be known for the roleplay is that this is his second resort, that he's well known, and that he is the great-uncle of Harold.

Personality: Harold, an avid plant collector, is a bit shy and clumsy. He can get a bit miffed by small things like bugs in his room and tiny food portions. After getting to know him he can be quite chatty and extroverted.

Personality: Leah is headstrong and doesn't pay much attention to warnings. She kind of thinks that she's untouchable. When she's not exploring, she likes to tell stories of her adventures. She does like to chat and often unintentionally dominates the conversation. She is especially interested in the disappearances.

Personality: Leila follows a few superstitions, and us very intuitive. She's rather nosy, and has a habit of exploring places explicitly said not to enter. She's not afraid to get down in the dirt, but gets easily startled. When she's not working, she's pretty relaxed and chatty.
History: After getting some vacation time for work, she decided to go to the jungle resort, and maybe have some investigation ready for her next assignment.

Personality: Very motherly and kind. She's a peacemaker, but will use force when the time arises. She has problems holding grudges, and can be quick to jump to conclusions. When she's talking to someone she doesn't know well, she often speaks in short sentences, trying to end the conversation as soon as possible. Otherwise, she's polite to those she knows well, and will often go out of her way to do something nice.
History: She's lived in the jungle all of her life, and when the golf course was starting to be built, she was forced to leave her home. She allied herself with the spirits, and refuses to let go of what happened, even if there's no reason to linger on it.

Personality: Kai is very hardworking and passionate about her job. When working, she's a no-nonsense person, and refused to be pushed around. She's incredibly extroverted, and loves to be around others. When she's not working, you'll often see her talking with the other staff, or working on her plushie collection. She has a soft spot for plushies and wildlife, and often wonders if having the resort here is really the right place.
History: After trying and failing to kickstart her buisness, she heard about the jungle resort and decided to try and work there. A jungle paradise and a way to sell her products! Seems like a win-win to her.

Personality: Cold and distant, always busy with something. Once you get to know her she won't stop geeking out about collecting obsession. She's not a biggie on food and will only eat what she needs to. She likes swimming and makes sure she has her swimsuit on at all times. As a kid/teen, she was made fun of for her hobby so she doesn't trust people very easily, but she will happily chat with people who share her hobby. She has a collection of everything you could think of. Plushies? Yep! Skulls? Yep! Pencils? Yes! Rocks? You bet!

History: Once she heard about the resort in the jungle she went right away. She needed some tropical bird feathers to finish her bird collection. She also wanted some plants for her herbarium. Always loved collecting, even as a child she would put little dead bugs and plants in boxes and she would show them to her friends all the time, most of them went "Ew!! Gross!" and ran away. Because of that she developed some trust issues and is very protecting of her collection.
