The Workers

Nutrition Managment: These people prepare the food for the animals and are in charge of making sure each of the animals recieves the nutrition that they need.
Vets: These people are in charge of making sure the animals stay healthy
Marine Workers: These people work with any of the marine life at the Aquarium portion of the zoo. Examples: Dolphins, Whales, Fish, Seals.
Big Cat Workers: These people work with the Lions, Tigers, Leopards, and Jaguars.
Herbivore Workers: These people work with the herbivores of the zoo. Examples: Giraffes, Elephants, Gazelles.
Canine Workers: These people work with the wolves, hyenas, and the different foxes at the zoo.
Avian Workers: These workers work with the birds. Examples: Penguins, Ostrages, Other Wilds Birds.
Reptilian Workers: These workers work with any of the reptiles at the zoo. Examples: Snakes, Lizards, Frogs.
Primate Workers: These workers work with any of the monkeys at the zoo.

Personality: Eliza loves what she does and works hard. She is a very kind girl, but gets upset easily. Eliza is rather adventurous and loves to go on trips to other countries to study the marine life there. She is very outgoing once she gets to know a person.
History: Eliza was born and raised in a middle class family in India until she was 8. Both of her parents had fair paying jobs. Growing up she has always loved marine life and would spend the summer finding creatures in either the lake or river. She loved when they would go to the beach and she would get to see all of the marine life and would constantly try and name as many of the creatures she spotted as possible. Whe Eliza was 8 her family moved to the UNited States so that her parents could get better jobs. When Eliza graduated in high school she went to college and got a degree in Marine Biology and interned at many different zoos until she got this job the year before. Eliza is the first person in her family to have gone to college. Unlike her siblings, she was more into her studies than sports and anything else.

below her chest of flowers, and two goldfish
mirroring each other just below her

Typical Clothing: Iris loves bright colors,
loose skirts, tunics and anything flowy
or light. With that said, silk scarves,
handkerchiefs and other flowy bits of fabric
have become an easy favorite of hers, usually
reserved for her "adventures" or parties,
she will tie them in her hair or to her pants
when she can get away with it. On a
normal day she'll deck herself out in
band tshirts, and (bellbottom) jeans.

Personality/Attributes

Personality/Attitude: Iris can be very, very stubborn. She is prideful; and while she can be as humble as a saint she doesn't get over things well and can hold a grudge like no other. She’s strong, and doesn’t let people down, but has pretty severe moodswings and when they hit, they hit. She is nowhere near stable; but she has gotten very good at hiding it over the years, or covering it up with amusement or joy. She is a bit of a delinquent, and even with the innocence she can't seem to shake will get into all sorts of trouble. She loves animals more than anything though, especially fish, and is very quickly and easily attached to anything. She has a bit of a complex regarding; she can't turn away something or someone that needs help. She is completely incapable; and sometimes it shows through more than she would like it to. She would rather seem unbothered by life than seem vulnerable; and thats hard to do when you are pre-programmed to love everything and everyone. She is also prone to forming habits; nail biting, fidgiting, repetitive behaviors, coping mechanisms and substance abuse, and is very quick to relate to things with the same issues.
Favourites/Likes: Iris loves freedom, and adventure. The thought of running away is far too enticing, but it isn't an option for her. It can't stop her from dreaming, though. She is deeply creative, and is known for her ability to think up dramatic ways to spice up vivarium for reptiles and amphibians alike.
Section: Reptiles and amphibians. She wanted to do something with aquatic animals or fishy, but prefers freshwater systems over marine, and had more qualifications for reptiles and amphibians native to freshwater ecosystems.
Most Hated/Dislikes: Iris has strong opinions regarding government, and doesn't like authority much. Be it the influence over her childhood, or some other outside force, she just doesn't like it. She balks at control, and its usually just a struggle to understand the point of all of it.
Fears: Never being good enough.
Hobbies/Interests: Music, exotic animals.
Other: Iris is generally pretty antisocial, and prefers animals over people. She was born in Chicago during the heatwave in 1995, and her mother told her that's why her hair was so red. Her absolute favorite reptile in the entire world is the Green Iguana, followed up by Retics. Both of which she enjoys handling a bit too much.

Appearance: Dark brown, 'bouncy' hair, dark brown eyes. He stands at 6'0", and has an athletic build with a fair amount of muscle.


Personality: Sweet, but slightly spoilt, considering he has come from a very wealthy family who doted on him, since he's their only son. He tries not to let the fact that he can easily afford to spend money on whatever he wants get to his head, but he can sometimes be a little conceited still, and does not like the thought of not having disposable money that he can spend without a second thought. He's also incredibly curious and adventurous, always interested to find out what might be around him - even if it's dangerous. He also tends to walk himself into danger, regardless of whether or not he's aware of it and really probably needs someone to keep an eye on him. He can also be a little vain, and loves to look at himself in a mirror. KJ is, however, also a devoted, passionate person over the things he loves, and has an energetic air about him.

Bio: He grew up in a wealthy family, and was doted on by his parents quite a lot - which has contributed to his some of his personality. He has two sisters - one older, and one younger - but he does have a little bit of a rocky relationship with them, because his parents favoured him over his sisters. He, a couple of months ago, broke up with his girlfriend of 10 months after he found out that she cheated on him, leaving him extremely cautious and hesitant for anything in the realm of a romantic relationship.
He studied reptiles as he spent time travelling and adventuring around the world, and is definitely more 'hands-on' when working. He especially loves to let visitors hold the safer reptiles under his supervision, and talking about them indepth and answering questions about them.

Likes: Drawing, photography, travelling, meeting new people, any form of extreme or fun sport (skydiving, jetskiing, snowboarding, etc), mirrors, reptiles.

Rosaleigh is a social butterfly but not someone who'd want to be the centre of attention, most of the time she's friendly and easy going, helping those in need whenever she can. Rosa isn't the one to speak negatively about people behind their backs but she does like to be up to date with the recent gossip, she isn't afraid to speak her opinions on subjects or people and if it was about a person, she'd probably say it to their face. Rosa is thought to be confident but not overly-confident so she isn't really seen as snobby or stuck up, she's just a honest and genuine person.

Rosaleigh loves all her friends like family, she's always trying her best to look out for them and making sure they're taking care of themselves. Edgar Troy

history: Edgar Troy was born in an average Virginia hospital to a happy couple with high hopes for their only son. Edgar, though, proved to be different than kids his age — he was partially deaf. After their suspicions that something fishy was going on, the Troy couple looked for options. The limbo period between not knowing Edgar was hard-of-hearing and beginning his schooling at a deaf academy was difficult, to say the least. Once in school and able to communicate better, he blossomed into the bubbly and kind person he is today. Over the years, his hearing has further deteriorated, but the use of hearing aids provides much help.
As far as jobs have gone, Edgar has worked many average ones. Librarian, dog-walker, busboy, amid other occupations. Then came the service dogs. While dog walking, Edgar made the acquaintance of the director of a service dog school. The director got in touch with him and one thing led to another until Edgar had a budding position at the school to help coordinate and assist the hearing dogs — ones that help deaf and hard-of-hearing. A few years later and Edgar had been able to move up and even get a degree in canine behavior and biology. Expanding his horizons, he branched out and was hired on by the zoo to assist in their canine program.
