xxxxxxxxxxx𝖇𝖆𝖈𝖐𝖌𝖗𝖔𝖚𝖓𝖉:
monika was born into the royal family
of germany. she was the first child, and
as soon as she was born, she was deemed
the child to inherit the crown. she was an
only child for six years, until her father
and mother insisted on bringing another
child into the world. when katrin was born,
monika once said she wished to throw
the child in the trash. she wasn't ready to
give up the luxurious life of being an only
child. soon, another child followed after,
this one when monika was eight. ilse. as
the three girls grew, their differences
became apparent. monika loved love,
had a passion for music, and seeked
the best in people. rather than
coming to a conclusion about someone
based on their appearance, she spoke
to them and judged on their personality.
although most words spoken to her were
friendly, they were fake. scared if they
said the wrong thing, they'd be punished.
this was only for a few years, before
they realized she was the friendlier of the
three princess'. katrin, however, was
obsessed with her appearance and others'.
she'd judge a man as dirty because he
appeared homeless, and a woman as unkempt
because she seemed to be a single parent.
she was rude and seemed to fear no one. she
wasn't there to make friends, she was there
to make alliances. this already made her
more suitable of a heir than monika, but their
father insisted monika would do just fine.
when ilse started to show signs of a personality,
they were bland. everything she did and said
surrounded work. she'd stay up nights studying,
loved learning, loved arguments, loved discussions.
she seemed the most fit of all three to be the heir.
but their father insisted monika would be fine.
it goes without saying, the three argued constantly.
not over typical sister things, but rather why monika
deserved the crown. and whenever they did, monika
never quite had a solid answer. it was always 'because
i'm the eldest.' and nothing more. truthfully,
she's still trying to figure out why they hadn't
skipped both her and katrin to be heirs, and given
it over to ilse. she was the most deserving.

- 𝖎𝖓𝖋𝖔𝖗𝖒𝖆𝖙𝖎𝖔𝖓:
not to mention all of the responsibilities
to accompany it, monika has adapted a
rather calm demeanor. for the most part.
of course, she still is a young adult who
has outbursts. sometimes she thinks they
happen more than they should, but
overall, she's proud of herself. growing up,
the girl was rather spoiled, and threw
tantrums whenever she couldn't have
something, so it was difficult for her
to grow out of this filthy habit. whenever
she does have these outbursts, they're
always in german. once she was speaking
to someone new to her country and
showing them around, and due to them
being from america, they didn't address
her properly. this only angered her, and
although she looked calm to the mindless
american, she mumbled softly under her
breath in german. she's very down to
earth, or at least she likes to think so.
unlike one of her younger sisters, katrin,
she doesn't pay too much mind to her
appearance. something her father says
she needs to start doing if she's to
inherit the crown. instead, her passion
is music. she's never grown tired of it.
when she isn't attending meetings
and discussions, she can be found in her
bedroom, strumming mindlessly on a guitar.
mindlessly because no one's quite taught
her to play. she's obsessed with the idea
of love, and wants nothing more than to
be loved. that's part of the reason that
she's so skeptical of marrying a man that
she's never met. can someone you've
never met love you? she's always wanted
to visit france for the purpose of
tourism. of course she'd been for
meetings and such, but just to enjoy
the place full of romance? never. once,
on her way to join her father, she
saw a man playing an instrument
she'd never been introduced to. it radiated
love and positivity. a couple nearby were
intertwined in each other, and she
simply wished to be them in that moment.
