Chase is definetly more of an introverted person. She struggles to get close to someone, she believes that if she gets close to someone it'll only go downhilll. She has a fear of being rejected and because of it she is scared to try and get close to someone on either a romantic level or even just a simple friendship. Chase is insecure, she doesn't think she's good enough and because of this she is very closed off and tends to try and keep away from others.

The thought of being hurt by someone she trusts does upset her, whether she shows it or not. This is partially the reason she puts up such a cold front. Chase does have a definite 'defensive' nature about her, and she doesn't trust easily. This girl seems to constantly be on edge, and if your observant enough you'd notice it in the way she acts and behaves - her arms either crossed against her chest, or down by her sides either curled into fists or gripping the pocket knife she has when she’s not with her animals. Chase can't seem to relax, always tensed and ready for a fight. Buck suspects it wasn't something to do with their rough past and it seems that it's affected her permanently. Though despite her many hidden insecurities she is very loyal. If she picks a side, no amount of bribery or blackmail could get her to betray that side. She is determined, she will fight for what she believes in and will die if the cause is great enough.

Chase is also the type of person that will not plan for anything. This girl has no patience for that and while she will take some precautions you can bet anything that things will go wrong. Though she is very good at improvising so simply 'plan a and plan b' aren't really her thing, for Chase it's more 'plan a' all the way to plan 'z' and pray that plan z fixes everything - if it doesn't? Well you better run. She does have a tendency to look at possible escape routes but she more judges the situation once she's there. Some people will have a map or something and carefully plan out everything, Chase will just rush the place and figure out everything once she gets there.

Chase is also very brave and if she's hurt she'll try shrug it off - she isn't one to make a fuss over things.

Buck in one word is 'protective'. You so much as make one flirty comment towards Chase and this male will be standing right over your shoulder. He's afraid of Chase forgetting about him and moving on - at the end of the day he doesn't want to loose his sister no matter what it takes. Despite being the stereotypical 'over-protective big brother' he has a soft side to him and if you, in some alternative reality, break down Chase's walls and get close to her he will respect you. If your good enough for Chase, your good enough for buck.

Buck is also that one guy who will make jokes at the worst times. He does know when to be serious but more often than not, he will be the one that tries to lighten the mood with the worst jokes possibly. His sense of humour could be described as a 'crooked' one and he will be that person that fakes dead after a fight - and he has actually been slapped a couple of times for it.

One the topic of love, Buck doesn't have a care for it. He isn't too keen on getting into a relationship and he'd much rather just stick with Chase instead of getting romantically involved with someone. - though saying that, Buck tends to flirt on accident quite often and he will admire someone's looks, it's just the thought of settling down with someone that puts him off.

personality ; rhys struggles to create friendships due to his hard exterior but once you know him is is fiercely loyal and protective. he isn't really the guy to look at people and like them, they have to come and talk to him in order for him to gauge their personality and from then makes a decision. he can be a bit isolationist and flighty when it comes to interaction. he has ran away many times and quite often goes out on quiet trails with his bike to escape everything. he is very understanding when it comes to animals and will risk everything to help them. he is prone to angry outbursts but never lets it out on animals, people or inanimate objects are the ones who feel his wrath. his protective nature can lead to clingyness, though he doesn't ask to be around someone all the time, when they are out together he won't leave them alone, he will walk them to their front door and make sure they're safe. for the right person, he'll be the perfect key to their lock.
history ; he was raised in a seemingly perfect family with 3 other siblings, 1 a lot older, the other 2 much younger. he grew up in the suburbs and was always rescuing animals without his parent's permission, from online websites or off the side of the road. then he began researching horses when he saw some severely underweight horses on one of his first times running away. he got a job in order to buy them quality hay after reporting them to the authorities did nothing. he was arrested on many occasions for trespassing and this is what made him develop his already apparent anger issues. his record was no longer clean so he became rebellious and began shop lifting/petty theft, and running away more. he lost his job but was able to find another, nearly the same pay but nowhere near as enjoyable. with this money he began to train horses, not too much but he knew the basics, but he seemed to have a good connection with them. Somehow he ended up coming to a stables to work with his horses.

history ; she was born in the spain and went into high end riding school but didn't make the cut and was transported to america by a rich man who thought that money meant knowledge. estrella began to become stubborn and rude due to her bad training and harsh methods. she was sold for a bottom dollar price and was bought by rhys before he trained her up to become an excellent horse, at least around him.
speciality ; she is particularly good at eventing but most notably show jumping and dressage. her elegance and speed make her a dream to ride and watch. she goes to the race track occasionally and can go quite some speed, but its all fun and games. overall she is a good horse.

and rhys have a bond like no other.

history ; didn't make in his original (unknown) discipline, rhys saw him at an auction and had to have him. he has trained him to become a very talented all rounder. they have been through thick and thin and there is nothing anybody could do to break their bond. He is rhy's first horse.
speciality ; he is an all rounder but has a knack for team chasing and dressage. he does not look like a dressage horse but he is at the top of his game. he does love hacsk best of all and loves cross country however he does not enjoy showjumping quite so much, so doesn't preform so well in that area. he loves to do tricks and he has been to some shows where he has done tricks and agility.
