Chasta
Name: Chasta
Age: 9 Years
Gender Male
Breed: Canadian Eskimo Dog
Sexuality: Bisexual
Position: Wheel Dog
Personality:
+ Traits: An older, more experienced member of the team, Chasta is an ideal dog to have around when in a crisis. Pulling sleds for eight years, he is practically a veteran, with knowledge that may come in handy with the recent situation. He is a wise dog, and will offer advice and guidance to those who need it most. Chasta has a good sense of judgement, and his vocal trait coaxes him to speak out if he feels necessary. Although he doesnβt always act like it, for him the team come first, and he will do everything in his power to get them home. Even if he doesnβt make it himself.
- Traits: The death of the musher was no accident to Chasta. He blames the lead dogs, and does not bother to hide his. His grudges make him snappy and irritable around the team, and he will storm off if he becomes angered enough. As one of the oldest dogs on the team, he has known the musher for the longest, so his death has impacted Chasta extensively. He is currently in a bad place, uncooperative and angry at the world. At this point, not a lot can win him over.
Physical Appearance:
A grey face, white with age and a large solid body. Donβt let his age fool you. Chasta is as strong as an ox, and wants everyone to know this. His body is still healthy, and capable of pulling sleds for miles. The main reason he was selected for this race. His coat is a dull beige, a solid colour that covers his entire body. His legs are long and muscular, though a little stiff at times from age. His ears are a dark brown, the colour fading den his forehead to his face. His muzzle is stained with white hairs, and his jowls hang loosely. He has large paws, adapted for walking in deep snow. Chastaβs eyes are a dark brown, and his thick tail hangs straight.
History:
Chasta grew up adorin his life as a sled dog. He strived to please his musher, and at one point, landed himself as the role of lead dog. At this point, he was far more faster and athletic. As he started getting on in years, his build became more bulkier and strong, and he was assigned the new duty of Wheel Dog. It didnβt bother him. He still felt a sense of achievement, having held that responsibility for so long. His new job only allowed him to grow stronger, as the weight of the sled strengthened his muscles. Even at his age, Chasta is going strong. As an experienced sled dog, and a great asset, he was chosen for the race. But now the musher is dead, and Chasta has grown bitter. For now, a dark cloud hangs above him as he sees the lead dogs with anger and disappointment. Others believe it was an accident, but nothing can yet convince him otherwise.
Would it be okay to change Nyxβs position to Swing Dog? I got the two mixed up, sorry XD))
