Powers: can talk to Xander and can also control lightning. Can physically produce it from her hands only.
Uses her ability to control lightning to make her arrows electric. (Through and electric current that she emits through her body. Only used for her arrows and to protect her body if desperately needed.)

History: Evangeline grew up without having a father, it was just her and her mom. Her mother told her he ladte when she was around one and never came back but left her with a locket that had a small stone eagle in it. It bothered her not knowing her father and she used to question if she was actually just better off not knowing him. To this day she wears the locket.

On the night of her 15th birthday her mother told her that her father was Zeus. When Evangeline said his name in question to what her mother told her, her locket lit up with a pale yellow. A sign that Zeus had claimed her. She still holds a grudge against Zeus for not making any attempt to talk to her and for leaving both her and her mother.

A couple months later her mother took her to Camp Half Blood so they could protect Evangeline.

Personality: She is a very open irritable individual that has a very stereotypical mean girl persona. But she wants to make friends but is scared she isn't perfect enough to be their friend.
Likes: Getting her way, being the best, practicing magic, art, drawing, painting,
Dislikes: Not being the best, slackers, people who are better than her.
Fears: Not living up to her Father's standard. Not being perfect.
History: She came to the camp after she was camping with her father, her father was killed while camping by a minotaur, she was only 10 at the time yet her father made her feel like an adult, encouraging independence and being the best she could. Her father was very controlling and made her focus all of her time in school even though her true passion was art. Due to this when she arrived at the camp at age 10 she wanted to be the best at everything the camp had to offer. She even wanted to be the head of her cabin but was denied due to her age. She's always been misunderstood and not a lot of campers care to get to know her due to them thinking she's just a mean girl. But she has a soft spot she just doesn't show it unless she knows she can trust you.
