chandler came to the island seeking wealth and fortune, hoping
to capture a creature or two - dead or alive, he didn't mind. he
is a stern man, very determined and quite reckless on occasion
if he thinks it will help him to get what he wants. he is sarcastic
and rather full of himself, people often commenting on the size
of his ego and the fact that he seems to only care about himself
and nobody else. he does whatever it takes to get what he want
s and will shoot first, ask later. he doesn't seem to care about h
arming people, if it benefits him he wouldn't be against killing.
anything not human, he thinks its fine to kill, handling anything
else badly and treating them inhumanely.
he came to the island equipped with a pistol and a shotgun, alo
ng with a machete and some traps and nets. his boat is rather
small, only suited really for about four people

dylan is a kelpie who dedicates most of his time to trying to push
himself to his limit, hoping to become better than he is, this is oc
casionally dangerous, but he still does it. he spends most of his ti
me trying to protect the island from people who come with malici
ous intent. he has gotten many wounds from this, be it from bulle
ts or spikes. he still tries, though.
even though he is like a guardian of the island, dylan struggles to
interact with others, not the best at social events and terrible at
keeping up a conversation with strangers and familiar faces. due
to this, he likes to avoid people, primarily focusing on protecting
the island and nothing else. many would say he overworks himsel
f, or doesn't give himself a break. that would be true. unfortunate
ly, dylan is an orphan, having lost his parents when he was a young
boy
