ahh, willy wonka. a strange name, wouldn't you agree? well, even he thinks so. nowadays
he mostly goes by just wonka, or rarely, but sometimes, willy (which tbh he kinda hates).
the character wonka is considered sweet and eccentric, and this dog's owner thought the
same about him. this boy has a sweet personality, most of the time, and has a rather 'ecc
entric' coat pattern, he's one of a kind, and so his handler gave him the name.

wonka is an alaskan husky, who's personality can get rather confusing unless you know him
really well. which, not a lot do. wonka isn't as sweet as you might think, he gets alone wit
h some of the dogs but mostly his bond was with his handler. he mostly tolerates the other
dogs, besides the lovely primrose, who has a soft spot for. wonka is slightly rude, he's deta
ched and reserved from the others in the group, and unlike many of the dogs, he doesn't t
hink that the humans will every return for them... unlike sem.

after the humans left, they kinda drifted apart, only
because they both have different views. sem thinks
the humans will return, wonka, on the other hand, d

temperament.

wonka thinks that tesla is a very reliable and trustwo
rthy canine. he's hardworking and doesn't whine. won
ka pretty much trusts him, and finds him to be enjoy
able company every now and again.

wonka doesn't care much for him. he's too reckless an
d temperamental for his taste. he kinda stays away u
nless he just has to speak with him.

n bigger liking towards her. now he's.... in love w/her.
he has a habit of calling her 'my rose', and while it ma
y be subtle to him, it's definitely not to the other dogs.

his human was all sem ever known, training with the man from the beginning; sem got extremely attached to his person. this man was caring and gentle, he was a really husky sized man with long fur on his face. a good one. they would go hunting in the vast frozen wasteland, picking up rabbits and other small creatures. it was fun and sem was actually kind of decent. when they left, it was sudden and when they flew up in the air to never return. sem didn't know what to think. he didn't understand. but he trusted his man with his life; he knew they would come back. every person here just about loved them, right? they wouldn't do this to them. would they?

sem is a large but peppy dog, always a toothy grin on his maw. easily excitable, sem is often scolded for jumping on the people or knocking something over with his extra weight moving about. standing 65 cm and weighing in at 69 pounds, he's a pretty decent sized dog. but there isn't a mean bone in this boy's body. sem is a gentle dog with a charming personality, able to make friends with just about everyone. there hasn't been anyone he hadn't met he didn't like, yet anyways.

they had a decent friendship, until the humans left. while sem held onto the hope of the humans returning;
wonka denies it. sem thinks wonka is just upset about the issue and doesn't hold him accountable for his feelings.
sem tries to keep the other dog positive but wonka just doesn't wanna hear it. with a disruption in their friendship,
sem doesn't know how long until things may explode.

this is a good dog and he maybe just has a hard time showing it. he's older and sem really trusts him. he looks to confide in him and also looking to tes for safety. they both believe the humans will return and that brings sem comfort. sem knows he can be annoying to tes sometimes but thinks that they could have a good relationship if tes was just a little less tense.

Sure-footed and incredibly savvy, Tesla was chosen from a litter of nine, destined for the snowy wastelands of the arctic. From the start, he was hooked to sled after sled, made to carry the heaviest of burdens to build muscle and obedience. Flawlessly, the dog did what his owners asked.

Name after a famed scientist, he would ironically be used for science exploration in the snow and ice. When he doesn't guard the observatory or the other dogs, his large build is well-suited for hauling back large chunks of rock and is often utilized for pulling a one-man sled for short distances. He and his owner, for this reason, are incredibly well-bonded, able to read each other perfectly.

Altogether, Tesla is extremely tied to his job. He's clear-headed and firm with others, knowing the limits that have been prescribed to him. He's not a gentle giant, as some might say, but will stick to his beliefs to the point of fighting with another dog or person. Tesla knows where and when others should be and will not allow them into places they aren't. He's also been trained in the weaknesses of the scarier wildlife of the arctic.

⫸ Wonka [neutral]:
Tess knows Wonka on a strictly business basis. They don't seek each other out unless the other is needed for some sort of job, and Tesla doesn't mind this relationship, though wishes Wonka would be a bit nicer to some of the others around the premises. While Tesla himself isn't too playful, he wouldn't turn to harsh words unless absolutely needed, and has no judgements against anyone.

⫸ Sem [positive]:
To Tess, Sem is a puppy that needs to be protected. After the humans disappeared, he's changed his mission from guarding the research facility to guarding this dog. He will let no harm come to him, doing everything necessary to keep the male under his care. While he sometimes gets fed up with the mission when Sem does something Tesla considers ignorant, he stays on track, dutifully guiding him out of every negative situation he gets himself into.

⫸ Ursa [negative]:
Occasionally, Ursa's spontaneous and reckless nature would get her into quarrels with Tesla, who was sworn to his duties. He dislikes her supreme confidence and considers it hubris, and tends to let her do her own thing, as he sees it as a potential downfall.

⫸ Primrose [neutral]:
Primrose keeps her distance from other dogs, besides Wonka. Tess has spent a small amount of time trying to figure the black dog out, but has given up on it completely. As long as the growing bond between the two doesn't interfere with her work ethic, Tesla has no qualms with the dog.

⫸ Neia [positive]:
A dog very much like himself, the two get along well, and it's to her Tesla often goes to find solace in the harsh winter landscape. Besides Sem, she's the only dog that knows he thinks the humans are coming back. The only time he doesn't get along with (or really, understand) her is when her personality takes on the pup-like qualities he sees as a weakness in Sem.

Despite her medium statue, standing at 51 cm and 21 kg (20" and 46Ib), Ursa can seem much bigger than she really is, generally due to her extremely high level of confidence, often feeling like she can take on the world. This does cause her to be a bit reckless at times, often relying on her instincts and impulses to decide what to do in a situation. Even if she's slightly snappy at times, she treasures the things and people closest to her and never trusts anything near them or herself. She's actually surprisingly organized.

Being the breed she is, a Karelian Bear Dog, she was given the name Ursa, meaning bear in Latin. She was trained to do what most others of her breed did, hunting, however due to the fact the animals that she was trained to hunt were usually bigger and much more dangerous than canines, she did learn how to defend in the process. Despite being of a small statue, Ursa proved to be very good at her assigned job.

When the humans she had trained so hard to impressed had left, Ursa didn't know what to say, but whether they came back or not wasn't the problem yet and she thought that if she let herself die now, she wouldn't forgive herself.

She does wish they would come back, she doesn't know if she believes herself, but if she risked so much for them, they would risk so much for her, that's how family works.... right?

Ursa honestly doesn't mind him, she just leaves him alone to his own devices
like he would do to her. Of course she would never actually approach him,
but she would approach anyone unless she needed to.

Ursa tolerates Sem, and that's at the very least, she doesn't like his
happy-go-lucky kind of attitude neither does she like his playfulness.
She was often the one trying to tell him not to mess around.

if your eyes happen to grace this large form consider yourself to be lucky. the dark female is mostly reclusive who keeps to herself, at six years shes been through alot. the lady is of average size for her breed which is a american akita. some may see her as ill-tempered but primrose is far from mean or inconsiderate. she is just afraid of getting close to those around her. rose if you would prefer calling her that, was born to two loving parents who were trained as sled dogs well their breed is not widely used in the trade but with her lengthy figure she keeps up well with the slimmer northern breeds. her parents were both respected in the trade but rose would never live up to their names. her siblings were much better than her, going on to place high in sports and winning races. even though she is reserved primrose will still associate with other dogs, she has no mate but has begun to take an interest in the alaskan husky wonka. she currently has no offspring but has had the pleasure of being a mother before. before coming to the tundra she had a litter of four younglings. when they were weaned she was forced away from them and sold to someone who whisked her away to where she is now. the female has never seen her puppies after that and believes them to be dead, leading to most of her unhappy and quite rude behavior. not many know her and she's okay with that. she fears if she gets to close to others then they will be ripped away just like her offspring and that's not a torment primrose wants to go through again.
