✧Age: 29.

✧Appearance: Magnus has dark brown, somewhat curly-ish hair, and pale blue eyes. He stands at 6'1'', though despite his height, he does not look too particularly intimidating - at least, not when he's calm and in a good mood. He has a somewhat athletic build and he holds himself quite gracefully.

✧Blood Status: Half-blood.
✧Teaches: Ancient Runes.
✧Patronus: Siberian Husky.

✧Personality: At first, Magnus may appear to be a somewhat timid, naive person - but don't let that fool you. He knows far more than he lets on, and can see right through manipulation from students. He is a rather hardy person as well, being able to cope with hardships and struggles better and longer than most other people - an incredibly useful trait for his line of work, since most tombs and spell-protected areas are not exactly easy to access and get through. Still, he has a warm heart, and is a very careful, kind person. He is incredibly patient towards his students, since he knows that Ancient Runes is not an easy subject - just as long as they're actually trying. Magnus is also very co-operative, and gets on well with most people. He can, however, be a little disorganised, usually displacing things such as papers, and can be wary to trust others to start with.
✧Short Bio: Magnus did not attend Hogwarts - he, in fact, grew up in the Netherlands, and attended Beauxbatons (pronounced: 'Bo-batton') Academy, which accepts students from France, the Netherlands, and a few other surrounding countries. He studied and specialised in Ancient Runes, showing his talent and enthusiasm for the subject early on in his school years. Since graduating, he moved to England, and started out by code-breaking for Gringotts for a couple of years, then he decided to spend time traveling, exploring old Wizarding tombs and the like, decoding and figuring out lost languages. Around two years ago, he received a job offer from Hogwarts, to be a replacement Ancient Runes professor, due to his clear extensive knowledge and ability.

✧Likes: Teaching, deciphering codes and symbols, reading, cats (his cats, Vanilla and Dave, can usually be spotted around the school, mostly near to his classroom/office/room), vintage-looking outfits.
