As for posting order, I'd have to agree - I think it would be a struggle if people go inactive. Though if you think it's necessary I'm happy to try it, I've never done a posting order before c:

There would be constraints with the posting order. Typically I'd give 24 hours to post your response before the person is skipped and the next person in line goes. But from the consensus we'll just keep it the way it is. ^^

Also, Queen Lapis, Old Chief is not Chi’s father. Her father was the other lead dog who ran beside Old Chief for reference his name is Brutus, he retired a few months prior to last year’s Iditarod (due to a racing accident that may or may not have been caused by Old Chief). c:

For Ivory, you guys can just pretend she broke free and ran off, and if the roleplay is still active maybe I can hae her return and play her.

a little history; taiga was bred in a small hunting village in alaska, where him and his
siblings were left outside like his parents and the other village dogs were. they were
born to become worth a small fortune, for taiga's original owner sold dogs to be expe
rt hunting and guard dogs, and the people of the small village would do anything to
get their hands on a canine that would guarantee a lasting supply of food and protec
tion. the dogs had no say in this of course, and were often given tiny dog houses and
a small amount of meat from their hunts each day. a healthy and happy dog was hard
to come by here. but this life wasn't minded by the canines since they were the best
at what they did, and got rewarded for their doings riotously. although, taiga was diff
erent, he could not hunt. taiga was strong and brave and would easily be able to gua
rd a family in the village, but he had little stamina, and this made him unable to kee
p up with prey. plus, as a pup he had gotten attacked by a badger which took his se
nse of smell and sight in his left eye, making him unable to track, proving him useles
s. but ally came to the rescue, adopting him after discovering he was a perfect candi
date to become a sled dog. if it wasn't for her, the two year old dog at the time wou
ld have been put down and perhaps set as bait for future hunts. this is his first ever I
ditarod after finishing his training, and is fully aware of what had happened the year
before. he hopes that this time he can help his brand new family run to victory, and
that his lack of stamina and blind eye (which has since turned into an eyeless scar) w
on't get in the way. ICE ICE BABY

Comanche: neutral, taiga isn't a fan of her bossiness but
understands that she is a leader and is sure to stay loyal.
Jupiter: pos/neu, taiga finds jupiter experienced and a go
od leader but is wary of his darker side.
Dakota: positive, taiga thinks of dakota as a good friend to
be around and is sure he is bound to go places.
Shasta: positive, taiga likes shasta as a team member and
friend, but envies the fact that he seems flawless.
Nikkita: neutral, taiga finds that nikkita is simply a feisty s
oul that's all bark and no bite, but still stays on her good side.
Delaney: further info required,
Takaani: ❤ positive, taiga has favored takaani ever since
he had first been brought back by ally, he has a small crush
and is willing to help her through her past.
Desoto: positive, taiga loves this males' personality and at
titude on life, and looks up to desoto as a brother.

She is the rear left team dog. We can roleplay something where Ivory gets aggressive or wounded or something where she has to be taken from the race, and Taiga is a replacement.
