Delgado was outside with his owner, playing fetch. A normal day for him. The sun was shining on Delgado's coat as he ran for the ball. When the dog reached for the ball, a scent of sickness flew though the air. Delgado quickly looked back to see if his owner was infected with the scent and he indeed was.
The human was on the ground. Delgado quickly reacted and ran for help. A few minutes passed before someone noticed the brute. His owner was taken to the hospital and the person that helped his human, snuck the German Shepard to his owner. Delgado sat next to the bed until the owner started to make weird sounds. At first, Delgado was happy to see his owner waking up but quickly realized something was wrong.
This was not his owner anymore. It was that thing they watched together on tv. The German Shepherd quickly ran out the door, barking at people, who ran over and noticed something was not right with Delgado's owner. The brute was taken out of the hospital and immediately put into a shelter. He sat there staring at a wall for days until he decided it was time to do something, so he escaped. Delgado ran to the forest and that's where his adventure begun.
