Hugo believes he is incredibly handsome, and this isn't a baseless claim. His large size lends him an imposing presence, and his build is a happy medium between muscular and lithe that lends itself to both speed and power. He carries himself with an innate grace and confidence. This is all draped in a plush, pristine ivory pelt, accentuated by two brilliant azure eyes.

He craves power and leadership, and he will seek it in any way possible. He is manipulative, choosing his behavior to suit those he is around to maximize their approval of him in order to get what he wants. Hugo cares little about anyone but himself, and values them based on what they can do for him. He draws pleasure from living in a way he feels is lavish, eating good food, having whatever mate he wants (though he has never adhered to monogamy). Beneath an exterior that frequently appears charming is in fact a cold and calculating mind that weighs every decision for personal gain.

Hugo was raised in a large pack which functioned more or less like a stratified society, including in how it related to other packs in a larger network. There were lower classes, the slightly privileged, and the aristocracy to which Hugo belonged. His parents were the result of a joining between two highly respected families, and thus he and his siblings were guaranteed the best. They were raised from birth to be poised, eloquent, delightfully charming individuals, receiving a top notch education from a private tutor. The ultimate goal was an apprenticeship on the council which maintained relations with the other packs; the apprenticeship almost guaranteed whoever obtained it a seat, and this was one of the most prestigious positions a wolf could occupy.

Hugo was the presumptive choice for this apprenticeship, being the oldest of his parents' children. There were three other litters of possible candidates, the children of his father's two brothers and his mother's sister. Ultimately, one of Hugo's cousins was selected for the apprenticeship, and he became enraged over this perceived injustice. He had a falling out with his family and stormed off, striking out entirely on his own and hoping to form his own pack to lead. He now has no idea if anyone from his old home is still alive and well, or how badly their home has been ravaged by the disease, as he hasn't been back in more than a year.

as a k9 cop & was one of the
best in his unit. sadly his owner
was one of the first to catch the
doses and died very quickly after
that blue stayed away from humans

Nobody seemed to want to keep the poor dog, and after his third time returning to the shelter, he
was losing hope. There was reason after reason why they said they didn't want him: "too noisy",
"too stubborn", "too aggressive"...the list goes on. Eventually, he was adopted by a middle-aged
couple who were looking to use him as a guard dog. Though this meant he was mostly outside, he
didn't mind it; the couple had a few acres of land, which he had free roam of (so long as he still
focused on his guarding duties), and was given nice food, fresh water, and shelter from the wind
and rain. They had another dog too, a young female dog who, to begin with, Kaiser despised.
Pandora, a "stuck-up showdog" in his eyes, who seemed to arrogantly strut around with her head
held high in the air. As time went on, the two began to grow to see each other as friends. By the
time the virus broke out, they behaved as though they were siblings, with Kaiser growing fiercely
protective of her like a brother. With other dogs he isn't so kind, often being dismissive at first.

All she'd ever known, since being a young pup, was how to be a showdog. Head held high, smooth,
clean coat, and an elegant gait to highlight her best features. It was all drilled in to her, first by
her mother, and then by her owners who adopted her once she was around eight weeks old.
Despite appearances, this led the large, seemingly intimating dog to have little to no survival
skills which, when paired with a snobbish, stubborn attitude (once again, byproducts of being a
showdog) led her strong appearance to be entirely misleading. Her owners adopted a new dog,
a male, to act as a guard dog following a break-in which had left them both shaken and with fewer
valuables than before. She hadn't liked the idea, nor the dog who later joined her household (too
scruffy and disobedient to be living in the same house as her, she said). To her surprise though,
she slowly began to find herself warming up to the new dog, and travels with him now that her
owners have left; though her old life is gone, her snobbish and outspoken attitude still remains.

Athena stands 22.4'' at the top of her shoulders
and weighs a mere 50 lbs- her maximum weight is
only ever 60 lbs.Her overall build is quite slender
and lean, with a very small and quickly diminishing
layer of fat along her stomach line. Impaired smell.

Many say the eyes are the window to the soul-
Athena doesn't much believe that but one look
at this intelligent female it's clear what her
intentions are; and most of the time it's all
about business. She's a serious and driven
individual who is currently on the path of
looking out for herself and her younger
companion. She's civilized and diplomatic
in the sense that she'd rather talk things out
than gnash teeth with another. She seems
to eek out courage and even if her opponet
is bigger than her she won't hesitate to
defend what is rightfully hers if provoked.
Even if she isn't as strong as some this canine
will use her more petite size to her advantage
and isn't afraid to play dirty when she has to.

At his age Apollo is quite large, he's
nearly 10 pounds but still a very young pup. He's
reletively defenseless and if not for his over-
protective mother, Athena, would likely have
become someone's dinner by now. He's still got
puppy fluff and big, clumsy paws. Senses dev.

Apollo is relatively fearless...at least when hiding
between Athena's front two paws. This little lad
is only a month old and still has some growing to
do, both physically and mentally. However this
little brute is proving to be quite the quick
witted and intelligent individual who seems
to pick up on new things rather quickly. He's
sometimes sarcastic with others but he has
no siblings or other pups to play around so he
must let it out somehow. Regardless, Apollo is
very protective of his mother, despite his age.
He will yap at you from the safety of his mother
but won't hesitate to try and bite your tail if
you cross her. He is curious and playful by
nature, as most all puppies are and does a good
job of keeping his mother on her toes constantly.

Takkar is a pretty large dude, he weighs in
at 120 pounds and could easily gain more if
the conditions would allow, but they don't.
He takes more after his wolf father, and
stands 2.8 ft tall at his shoulder. His pelt
is thick and usually well kept. No impairments.

One look at this brute and it could send a
shiver down your spine, his amber gaze
is bold and fierce- as is his usually stone
cold expression. He doesn't mind himself
with the opinion of sheep and if you aren't
here to help him then you'd better get
out of his way or he'll make you move. He
seems cold and rude on the outside but
under this thick stone-faced facade lays
a loyal and viciously protective individual.
He refuses to rely on others for help and
instead would rather suffer in silence
than become a burden to those around
him. He's mostly a solitary male but from
time to time will travel with a single
companion- but never in groups.
