Personality: Piper is quick on her feet and a hard worker. She's determined and kind. Some call it a fault, but she likes animals over people. She's quiet in large crowds but level-headed in stressful situations. Piper has a few close friends but doesn't usually stand out in the populace.
History: Piper was adopted as a baby with her toddler brother by young couple. They learned fairly young that they had been adopted - which caused some implications when she was older; during a biology project she tried to find out who her birth-parents were. It was revealed that they had died in a car crash due to drunk driving - the children were with a babysitter. Piper at first felt robbed of knowing her parents and of the life they could have had - but then she slowly came to the realization to be grateful for what you have. She has a close relationship with her adoptive parents and their extended families as well as a great sibling relationship with her brother. Piper fell in love with animals at a young age - growing up with a couple of dogs and cats but also rescuing baby squirrels and injured birds. She spent a summer volunteering at the local rescue in middle school and then landed a job at the Anderson Vet Clinic during her high school. On the advice and guidance of Dr Anderson - she applied for the local University Vet Tech Program and got in. She's glad to be back in town working at the clinic.

Personality: Axel is generally a pretty quiet person. He only really talks to his close friends (PM If you wish to be one of his "close friends") and is pretty awkward around other people. He likes to be alone most of the time, but enjoy's hanging out with friends if invited out to do so. He isn't really a mean person, but he does have a little bit of a temperament. He can only handle so much before he gets irritated starts giving dirty looks or even starts yelling. He doesn't trust easily and prefers to listen rather than talk most of the time. - for a while when he was younger, and in school, people thought he was mute because he didn't talk at all at school, even if he was called on by a teacher. He only started really talking in school once he was in 10th grade.
Voice: Similar to Troye Sivan. He doesn't have an accent though.

He has a sharp jawline and a prominent Adam's apple.

History: Axel grew up in the same little town, Nepenthe, as almost everyone else who lives there. He was the only child so, of course, he was spoiled, but that was only up until he turned 4, when his mother tragically died in a car crash. After his mother passed, his father never got over it and wound up hating the small town they lived in. Axel grieved after his mother's passing but ultimately had to let it go. His father was never the same after that. He still cared for Axel, but he didn't give him as much attention and a lot of the time left Axel home alone or hired a babysitter when he was younger. His father left him with their small house as soon as Axel turned 18. He still remembers his 18th birthday very well. He woke up and went downstairs, expecting his father to be down there ready to tell him 'Happy Birthday!' but instead he found a note from his father explaining that he left him the house and put a large amount of money into his bank account. He felt very broken and alone for a while after that. He had no idea where his father even went, but he would never forgive him for leaving him like this. He has yet to contact him since he left.
Home: Small grey colored house. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a fairly large living room and a small kitchen. Its nothing fancy, but he loved the house regardless. Its one of the only things he now owns that has memories of his mother in it.
Job: Currently unemployed, living off the money he was left.
Pets: Want's a big dog but doesn't have one yet
