quirk specifics ;; etsuko is able to control the actions of anyone within an unknown range. with this, simply by calling out an order, and concrentrating hard, they are able to control multiple people as they want
quirk drawbacks ;; calling out orders puts a strain on etsuko's voice, especially when controlling a large amount of people or someone over a large area. if really overused, etsuko may lose their voice for a really long time. as well as all of this, etsuko is still quite young and hasn't yet discovered the extents of their quirk (they have only tried using simple commands)
personality ;; etsuko was always strange. they have a liking for playing simple games, sometimes bringing them up when they're supposed to be on a 'mission' and always treating everything like a game. etsuko, despite being a villian, doesn't really wish to kill and doesn't like seeing blood. etsuko also has a tendency to use their quirk to their advantage and uses it to get what they want, even if it be a small thing
history ;; when they were young, their parents did try to love them, but with a child who could easily control your every move. etsuko never really found out what happened. one day, they had suddenly found themselves with the league of villians. they don't really mind, the league seem to like them more than their parents did, so etsuko didn't complain.
