Even without the fire-breathing part, the dragon can still cause a lot of damage, so have fun fighting Hayato-dragon. Although Meiko would probably have an easier time, being able to grow stronger from one of Hayato's main attacks in the form. I think even the pro heroes would have a hard time fighting against Hayato-dragon.


I want to see a canon 1-B character in this roleplay, but I probably couldn't roleplay them because I already have like 8 characters and I probably would just be terrible at playing a canon character

I'm thinking either the Landslide Zone or Downpour Zone for Meiko, I don't wanna put her in a place where her quirk will be easily empowered with the whole Conflagration Zone and idk how many people are going to the flood zone soo.

@ashiido Only Tsukiko is going to the Downpour Zone currently, so maybe Meiko could go there? All the other zones except for the Ruins Zone have at least two people going to it. The Flood Zone easily has the most people going to it.
