You pad through the underbrush away from your twoleg home. The forest was beautiful and mysterious. It was calming but dangerous at the same time. You could hear your twoleg calling fro you, but you ignored it. The breeze ruffled your fur as you sniffed at every branch and twig. You neared a big spruce tree. The last times you had explored you went to the right. Today you wanted adventure. Not the same thing. You quickened your pace and ran along the path to the left. leaves brushed your fur as you whisked past the butterflies. Soon you reached a small clearing. You settled down for a rest and curled up. The sun shone against you making you purr in its warmth. Not long after you drifted off into a sleep.
The next time you woke up you were in a small den surrounded by other cats. "You there!" A small blue-gray pelted she-cat hissed at you. "You came walking right into our territory!" Another small cat joined her. The other cat looked like a tom and had a gray tabby pelt. "Don't think we will forgive you!" A brown cat came through the crowd chuckling. "I'm sorry about those two." She apologized "They are a little annoying" The small cats glared at her. "Anyway, I'm sablestar. Leader of Valleyclan. This clan is running low on cats and need more are you willing to join?" You hesitantly nodded your head.
