Weaknesses/Fears: He fears the reactions others may have to learning his parentage, he also fears losing control of his powers.

History:Zyon was raised in foster care until he was 14, when he ran away. His mother had died giving birth to him. He lived on the streets, learning to fight and making money any way he could until he met a demigod that was on a quest. The demigod, thinking Zyon was a fellow demigod, told him about camp. He is now just arriving. He was 'adopted' by Nemesis, meaning he has her blessing. She did this because she owed his father Tartarus a favor, but she was fond of Zyon so she didn't mind. Due to being Tartarus' son, monsters have two reactions to him. They either want to get to know him and protect him, and will listen to his commands ex. hellhounds, or they want to kill him to prove their strength ex. cyclops. During his travels he found a lone hellhound pup that he took in and raised. She is now his closest companion. He also met Aster, who is his best friend. The two arrived at camp together and have watched each other's backs since.

Abilities:From his father he can speak to monsters that are at least somewhat intelligent. From unintelligent monster, all he gets is vague emotions and intentions, so although communication is possible, it is a lot more difficult. He can create and control the fire from the Phlegethon river. Although if he uses it too much, it will exhaust him. His fire also reacts to his emotions. From his blessing from Nemesis, his dreams tend to be a little more detailed than the typical demigod dreams, since Nemesis can tell people their destiny. This upgrade is useful but means a lot of sleepless nights.

Weapon(s):
Dual swords that are made of a metal from Tartarus so they do not melt when he coats them in fire. He also has a set of celestial bronze throwing knives.

History: Aster had a loving mother, but a fire took her from him. He still has the scars to show how he tried to save her from the collapsing building. Afterwards instead of going to foster care the took to the streets where he met Zyon. It took awhile to get over the fact that Zyon could control fire and was Tartarus's son but now they are best friends. The two arrived at camp together and have watched each other's backs since.

The Inside

Dylan Reams is a very unique individual to say the least. He is as outgoing as they come, and doesn't need anyone stoking his confidence. He also tends to be a big flirt, with anyone, along with all that he loves to get in trouble, well not intentionally, he just wants to 'live life to the fullest'. Dylan is very competitive when it comes to the games that they play, and some would mistake him for a son of Ares when it comes to fighting and competing. The only time you can really tell that he's a son of Hermes is when he sneaks around, and his tendency to pick pockets and take things in plain sight without being caught.

Dylan Reams was born to a single mother, who wanted nothing to do with him- so instead of having a normal(ish) life, he grew up in an orphanage. Thankfully he was adopted by none other than Arabelle's father, who decided that maybe Arabelle might stop acting out if she had a sibling, which was quite the opposite since both of them got into tons of trouble together. When monster's were on the prowl in California, Hermes sent a letter to his adopted father, telling him that he was indeed Dylan's father, and reluctantly he handed the letter to Dylan and sent him off to Camp Halfblood, with the agreement of Dylan of course. He loved it, not more than California though. Much to his surprise, Arabelle arrived shortly after he did, and he was thrilled to have his sister there, even if they didn't share the same cabin (or parents).

nothing like her mother, ivory is categorized into the more independent or love despising of people, though this doesn't disable her from talking and hanging out with others. she can actually make a good person to talk about deep conversations with, she is able to just sit quiet and listen if she likes you, though likes to add a few witty remarks here and there. she tends to work alone on the job when she has choice. She's selective of who she chooses to become close with, though even those people don't hear much of any of her past. ivory is secretive and mysterious regarding certain questions, and she often snap quicker if she is asked about such things. she's a fighter by all means, her muscular yet lithe frame giving her a bonus in speed and strength. if you dared to hurt someone close to her, she is hell with hands.

Just like her father, they were mean and raised two children of their own, both who were bullies to her. They treated her like dirt and would try to find ways to do nasty tricks and finally getting the message, she ran away. On her way to find a new life, she bumped into another boy and he convinced her to go with him. The journey was hard and dangerous and just as she thought they would get there safely, a terrible beast, one of the furies captured the boy and left. Alone and hungry, she finally made it to camp. Ivory hasn't been there for long and she still waits to be claimed.

In a fight, he is usually the first person and last out and start sheer conflict. it comes naturally, for his father is the god of war and practically underneath he is longing for blood. even though of his main traits, he can also be extremely over protective, ambitious, and oddly fatherly at strange and uncommon times.


нιѕтσяу:(a full paragraph please) surprising, christian did not use to be anything like his father. at a young age, he was a nerd and loved reading and in preschool, he was constantly being picked on. it did not end as he grew older and on his eleventh birthday, he adopted a rottweiler, the dream of his life. he thought things would be okay but about a year later, he was walking him in the alleys when a gang came upon them. they wanted christian's money and would kill him if he didn't give it to them. he didn't have any. the dog attacked them, giving time for christian to escape but when he came back in the morning, he saw his beloved dog torn into shreds on the ground. that was the end of christian's kindness, he became exactly like his father and right before he went to high school, he ran away to the camp and as soon as he came, it was obvious who his father was.

The Inside

ρєяѕσиαℓιту: As a son of the goddess of victory, Dom has an incredibly competitive streak in him. He will stop at nothing to get ahead, and he grapples constantly with the fear of losing. He would rather die before he forfeited a fight, and the enormous amounts of pressure he feels coming from his mother tend to destabilize him in the worst ways: arrogant, insecure, and oft times unable to decline a challenge. As such he's easily provoked, and prone to be lured into something that will end badly for him. Despite his long winning streaks and extreme competence, even a son of Nike can feel the sting of loss and failure, which makes it all the more painful for him when it does happen.

Dominic does have a caring side, though it rarely shows itself, and only around those he knows well. Most of the time, he sees love and friendship as a distraction from his ambitions. Unless, of course, his love is his ambition, in which case he'll pursue it with reckless abandon.

нιѕтσяу: From a young age, Dom was getting into trouble at school. While it was true that his competitive nature drove him to excel both academically and athletically (in spite of his "dyslexia" and "ADHD"), Dominic was always taking it too far. He was aggressive, proud, snide, and got into fights often, usually over who was "the best." One day, after Dominic had graduated to the eighth grade, his father decided it was time to break the illusion of a normal life. He told Dominic about his heritage, pulled him out of school and sent him off to stay at Camp Half-Blood year round. It wasn't until a year after he was claimed that Dominic discovered he had hidden wings. It took time for him to master them, but he tries to use them to his advantage whenever he can, as he can recognize when he has an edge; he practices fighting techniques that make the best use of his wings, as well as fighting techniques to use should anything ever happen to damage said wings. After all, the best way to ensure victory is to be prepared for anything.

Cora is oblivious to any flirtation that may be targeted towards her as she doesn’t remember the feeling of love. Everyone knows her as “The Ghost Whisperer” or “Spooksville”. But she is extremely loyal to friends and those she seems as family.
нιѕтσяу: She is the daughter of the Greek goddess of Ghosts and Mexican American actor Gregorio de Luna. Her parents met when he was visiting his family’s graves on Día de Muertos [Ironic right?] when she appeared to Gregorio in the form of his deceased mother. Long story short, he wasn’t scared like most people so the goddess revealed who she was, they fell in love and thus Corazón came into the world. She grew up in L.A. with her father always going to work with him. Cora was your average little girl except for one big difference; she could see the dead! At the age of five, his father married one of his co-stars - Esme Heart - and from the start Esme figures there was something off about Corazón but never said or did anything until Cora’s father tragically past away three years later just before the girl’s eighth birthday. After Gregorio’s passing, Corazón’s stepmother placed the eight year old girl in a mental hospital due to her constantly talking to ghosts. She spent the remainder of her childhood there until one Day when her mother came to her and lead Cora to Camp Half-Blood. This was two years ago.

Gentle, good-natured, never said a bad word about anyone, and even appeared to be devoid of vanity. She carries the trait of being virtues, calm, secure, stable, welcoming, mild, gentle, forgiving, serene, and, above all else, centered, just like her mother. around others, Seraphine is usually quiet, tending to the flames and will rarely interrupt. She is the right kind of person to sit back and listen, however she is more solitary, avoiding big groups.

truly liked her, she was a castoff. Solitary she felt. However after arriving at camp at
the age of 15, a more compassionate and friendly side revealed itself from within her,
although she does still have her diva moments occasionally. She is not perfect, but in the
end, is anyone? Like most Athenian demi-gods, Saylor is very clever and has a
fond for literature and architecture.

ρєяѕσиαℓιту: it takes a while to get to know eden, but above else know that she's reliable and respectful. of course she's also focused, but flirty, playful and companionably, but they're less prominent. her reliability though is what she's often admired for. people regularly count on this and her honor whenever they need assistance or help.


нιѕтσяу: eden parents met at a ball in london, england and after the ball they “hooked up” . zues left her mother, taryn harper, unknowingly with a child, but of course him being a god he knew whenshe was born. for six years eden lived a normal life in london with her mother not knowing anything of her father or her abilities. until she went on a road trip with her mom and a monster attacked them while they were in the country and eden electrocuted it to death. when they returned home her father appeared and explained to her mother what was going on and he took eden to camp half-blood, but didn’t say a word to her. therefore, not breaking the law he made in previous years. eden has been at camp half-blood for eleven years and is pretty familiar with most of the campers.

Amara Easterling

Not a Counselor

Amara Easterling is a little awkward. Not the cutesy girl-next-door kind of awkward—the kind of
awkward that is obvious and somehow adorable—but the kind of awkward that seems to present
itself only subtly which it eats its unfortunate victim alive. Fortunately for Amara, she's become
rather immune to it. She's learned to pick her words with caution, and to speak her thoughts
with precision and intent. Amara says and does what she means and wants, in other words.
(Maybe that makes it worse.)
Courage has never come naturally for her. It is something she has to try for, and something that
has been forced on her. Perhaps that lack of boldness was why she was withdrawn from the
mortal world so early. She was sighted at camp as early as six years ago, but not even she
remembers the day or hour that she first appeared. It is less because of lost memories than it is
the lack of desire to remember. Her father was not cruel, but he was also unattached. Through
the eyes of a Machiavellian like Amara, his motivations for sending her away were selfish.
Through the eyes of her father, it had more to do with an unfortunate incident involving an
unusually large and angry dog. She has not spoken to him since.

Amara is a slight girl, very short and thin. The thinness, however, came only after the rigorous training at camp, when constant aerobics and fighting and building up trimmed away baby fat and left lines and edges. She has the broad shoulders of her father, but she does not appear outwardly strong. After all, she swims in her standard uniform: a grey t-shirt, flowing black pants, and the latest pair of cheap Walmart shoes. Perhaps the only deviation from worldless and personally devoid dress is a single thin, dark grey-and-white striped scarf, long and draped several times around her neck. It sometimes covers her lips, leaving the watcher to look at nothing but a scarcely freckled nose, hooded hazel eyes, a brow furrowed in thought and concentration. Her face is often hidden behind her thick, frizzy hair, which is often entrapped against her neck by the ever-present scarf. She also wears glasses from time to time; the prescription is out of date, and she sometimes squints through the lenses without thinking about it.

(Other notes: I did notice that everyone else seems to have used photographs. I prefer to use drawings, but if you would like me to search out a photograph, I will do so. I simply feel uncomfortable with using others' photos, and of course can't use my own. I did not see any rules in this regard; pardon me if I have missed them.)
