Once, this world was normal, much like ours. Nearly everything was carefully explained by science. The only questions left were in the depths of the ocean and the far reaches of space. The world was relatively stable, and life was better than ever before.

But of course things can never be too quiet. Life just doesn't work that way. So slowly, odd occurances happened all over the world. Strange creatures, people, and events. At first the news didn't spread, but soon people managed to record it and put it on the internet, and they went viral. Babies born that glowed with a supernatural light, strange machines falling from the sky, a man who claims to be Perun, the Slavic version of Zeus. These events spun out of control...and then they appeared. People in costumes who fought back the threats...or caused them. The superheroes and supervillains. There isn't any other word that accurately describes them. They were somehow blessed or cursed with powers and decided to use them. People rejoiced and shouted in fear.

With the appearance of these costumed individuals, the events now had a face to blame. The world's governments quickly denounced these vigilantees, some even calling for their arrest. But one man came forward; Bran Schaal, an up-and-coming businessman with many interesting projects under his belt. This man, who invented more efficient solar generators, refined better jet fuel, and was planning the technology to colonize the Moon came out as one of the superhumans, live on CNN in an interview. Bran announced his next project, what he called the "Union of Superheroes." He planned to gather the capable and willing individuals in one team to help the world, stop any in-fighting, have some political power, and prevent casualties. They would act on a global scale, dealing with any threats big and small from supervillians and the like.

Today is the day of the meeting, January 2nd, 2021: four years since the first rumors of supernatural events. It's taking place at Schaal's personal skyscraper in Manhattan, noon EST. The world will be watching who goes and who doesn't, and what comes of this group of superhumans.

this is a warrior cat romance roleplay, meaning forbidden romances and drama. mainly, two cats named moonlitsky and stellarfrost fall in love, but since it is a romance roleplay, it's more complicated. the clan strongly believes in love, and that whoever finds love, are blessed by their ancestors. it is because of their strong belief, there are assigned mates, but they are usually cats who are compatible or close to the cat. stellarfrost has an assigned mate, and moonlitsky is the only remembered star-reader (leader) without a mate. she loves stellarfrost, and he loves her, but moonlitsky refuses to break the code to be with the one she loves and refuses to abandon her clan, astralclan, for her own selfish desires. but there are also true mates. there is a trial. it is called the 'star-signed trial.' basically, there's this mountain they live near, the produces magic every full moon, but not much. their ancestors collect this magic and use it to contact astralclan through the stars, and visit dreams, etc. the trial lasts three days, and the two cats adventure out to it. there are many dangers there, like diseases and predators, but again, the mountain is magical. there is a stone in the cave, that collects magic from the moon, but also releases it. it is called the 'dream diamond.' the stronger the two cats' bond, like love, the stronger they will be protected from the dangers. if their bond isn't truly strong, the zodiac aquarius will shine brightly, signaling that they have failed. the clan will go save them if that is the case. if they pass, the north star shines brightest after three days, and they get to live happily together as true mates. but a few moons ago, a terrible storm destroyed the mountains, and the dream diamond is nowhere to be seen. but only the star-reader knows of the dream diamond and is sworn to never speak of it, so she can't ask for help from her clan. because of this, moonlitsky can't face the trial, so she is determined to find a new way to prove love. make a new trial? restore the mountain? find a new place to connect with their ancestors? or just get rid of assigned mates? that will be discovered.

the world has always been full of good and bad, for they
balance each other out. you cannot have one without the
other. i'd love to tell you that the world was still in that s
tate, but that would be a lie. welcome to 2804, where the
world is being invaded by a group of villains whose aim is
to cause destruction between the two races of the world.
what are those two races you ask? well, there are human
s, of course, and then there are faunus. humans and faun
us are not different at all, other than the fact that faunus h
ave some sort of animal aspect to them. some have ears,
others have tails or horns. the fact that the faunus had di
ffernet looks made the humans look down upon them. th
e faunus had fought for their rights for a long time and fi
nally started getting somewhere. well, that is until this ne
w group arose. they are called 'the defects', and they have
with them some sort of magical beings called kumas. the
y are not the only ones who have kumas though. where th
e defects stole them, 4 teens were blessed by the kumas.

Welcome all guests,

I would like to formally welcome you all to my wonderful castle. I am your gracious host Albus, but please just call me Master A. I have brought you all here for a special event; a once in a lifetime opportunity. I know you must be dying to know what it is. Well I am hosting a game for all of you. I have gathered you all here in hopes that you might find love. Now I know love isn't for everyone, but it's worth a try now isn't it? Besides, you get this whole castle to explore. Of course, I do have some rules, but they are quite simple to follow:

1. All guests are expected to attend the nightly balls
2. For said balls guests are expected to dress up nicely. Such clothing is provided in your room
3. All areas of the castle are open for guests to explore
4. Guests are permitted to go as far as the local village, but no farther. They must return to the castle before midnight
5. And lastly, you cannot return home unless you've truly fallen in love

I advise you to follow these simple rules if you wish to make it to your home. Hopefully someone you can tolerate will be here to make things easier. So go out there and find that special someone. There are plenty of you here so I'm sure you'll be able to find at least one that interests you. And don't you think of trying to overthrow and kill me. The consequences will be grave if you do. fantasy setting with a fairly detailed backstory and plot.
i'm no stickler about literacy, just be able to write enough

for generations, the pride has lived in the savanna, a place they called home for years. in all this time, the rainy season came and brought prey, feeding the mouths and filling the stomachs of the lions. the rainy season also created rivers from which the lions could drink enough to end their thirst. it seemed that the pride was overpowering mother nature; they ate food whenever they felt like, they could drink anytime and hyenas weren't trespassing their territory, nor stealing food.
it seemed maybe too good and who knew how much it was going to last.
during one supposed rainy season, the storm never came. the vegetation needed water to grow, but now it was drying, the herbivores needed to eat vegetation, but there was no longer, the lions needed to hunt the herbivores, but the prey leaved the savanna in search of a new place were grass would flourish.
in that year most of the lions died of thirst and hunger. yes, there were still a few lost gazelles around, but they couldn't fulfill everyone's hunger. yes, there were one or two small ponds, but they were drying fast. because the hyenas had the same problems, they started to steal the little the lions had and occupy their territory fast. staying or leaving in hope to find a new place to call home was the same, they would either die in the savanna, die on their way to a new place or survive by finding a new home. what could they loose?
the huntresses suggested that the pride should follow the african buffaloes that would lead the lions straight to water.
after a week of just walking after the herd, the big cats reached the swamp. there was water everywhere and vegetation at any pace, yet the new terrain made the lions catch harder the prey, also not knowing the area. the lions were confused.
right now the pride will have to learn new tricks because mother nature isn't the same anymore.

You're standing at a station, waiting for your train to arrive. You're alone, or at least you think you are alone. A pleasant smelling steam fills the station and you can barely see the huge, dark shadows of the trains. You're standing at the end of the platform with just a small luggage case. Maybe you're wanted and on the run or perhaps you're simply on vacation. The one thing you know is that you are trying to get away from an old life. Faintly, you hear a train's whistle and the clickty clack noises of a huge train rolling down the track. Here it is! You think as it lumbers to a stop in front of you. Suddenly, the steam clears. As you look around, you realize that you aren't alone. Humans and creatures of all kinds begin to file into the train. Hesitantly, you join them.

The train goes through many different realms. Each are stranger than the last and you stare in awe out of the window. You see cities of vampires, dragons, fairies, and countless other creatures. But, the train takes you to a beautiful city.

Introduction:

You arrived at a strange city, the city of Tur'ah. You step off of the with the other interesting passengers. A red haired man stands at the train station, standing beside a rather large dragon. He gives you a friendly wink and welcomes you to the city As he talks, you barely listen to him. You're facinated with the large city. The city is peaceful, but exciting. It seems to be a cultural hub for all races and species.


" Good afternoon, all! My name is Ryan, I am the conductor of the fine train you just rode into the city. And this is Leah, my imaginary." He smiles and pets the dragon's head. " I would like to welcome each and everyone of you to your new home. Many different creatures live here, including humans. " He the gestures to the city behind him," I know that you all are exited to begin your new lives here, but first there are a few things to go over. First of all, would you follow me? I would like to show you your new home. You will be living in an apartment, with all of the new citizens. Your bags have been taken there already. You will be meeting your Imaginary there" Ryan motions for you to follow him. The large crowd of creatures follow him to the apartment building. You shuffle hesitantly after the crowd.


The story:

You have been taken to a very special city. The city of Tur'ah is a safe haven for all creatures. It is peaceful here, nearly every creature gets along. It is a cultural hub for all races and species. There is a quirk to living in the city though. Here, every human must paired with a mythical creature for their own safety. Your imaginary will be chosen at the introduction ceremony. There are few issues here. Any lawbreakers are severelypunished and banished to the feared Scrapyards.
