What if only the best were selected? What if only the best survived?
Over the years, the government only took on the best animals for their experiments- speed, strength, and smarts were all necessary and finally after several decades, the government had a new secret weapon- animal agents. Animals had always worked for human under their orders but what if the animals could act on their own and make their own course of action? Well, that's exactly what the government created, genetically modified and breed animals that could act like normal house hold pets but when they were needed, they would be ready to protect. The government used the animals for years before placing them in ordinary homes in large cities where they could fight crime until a larger threat arose.

The animals were given to families in large cities where they could fight the rising crime rates. One thing the government didn't count on though was the fact the animals would adapt the way they did. When the animals were first born, they could understand humans perfectly and now many have come to make the humans understand them, they learned to speak and if they had paws, most learned to use hand held items. But just because they were animals, didn't mean they could just walk around without some form of a disguise.
These pets are now the newest form of a superhero but some went rogue and became part of gangs and mafias, but that isn't the only problem the pets have, a mysterious man leading a large gang have been kidnapping the super pets and very important people. He doesn't mean well and intends to rid the world of all its impurities- starting with humans.
