Prey is plentiful, and hope is alive, but dread also fills the hearts of those who believe the clan will fail like many other attempts.

- Cats are allowed to have unusual prefixes (as they might have been kittypets), but no unusual suffixes, and cats are not allowed to have powers either.
- No-one is allowed to be their own mentor/mate, but they are allowed to have been previously.
- Please post at least three sentences and in third person.
