Although Erebus suffers from BPD {Borderline Personality Disorder} he gives off an emotionless demeanor. Being a working dog, he doesn’t quite understand how to properly socialize, and tends to keep any emotion he’s able to control, to himself. When he’s not actively working with his master in the art of crime, he can usually be found aimlessly wandering around the streets. Most canines aren’t able to get away with such an act, but Erebus and his owner seem to have a mutual understanding; he may wander as he pleases, as long as he returns by sunrise, and the occasional sunset. Going along with this, Erebus isn’t one to be social— he isn’t keen on conversations, and has a very difficult time when it comes to completely handling his emotions. They flicker, on and off, and he never seems to keep the same expression for more than a few minutes, tops. He isn’t easily impressed, and isn’t affected by the plights of others.
However, if Erebus is interested in someone {as in he finds them to be different, and worth the effort of socialization} he will observe them from afar. It’ll take him a while, but if he has a clear mind, he’ll build up enough courage— and some patience, and try to start a conversation.
As of now, the brute is slightly interested in Lotus. Nothing too obvious, and even Erebus can’t put his tongue on it. Whenever he sees the Corgi, he tries to stick around him; he has learned that the other male is somewhat jumpy, and / or easily frightened. Although he won’t admit it, Erebus will often follow him in order to make sure he’s out of harms way. Even if Lotus isn’t a fighter, Erebus most definitely is, as he was trained to take down criminals by the local police department.
