Looks: Blue black really skinny with strangely long legs and webbed toes large seal like eyes with thick eyelashes

Power: She can breath and swim underwater her coat is very greasy so water slips off
Personality: Very very sweet and kind will apologize if you bump into her. She can be a bit anxious but she is kind and creative. She apologizes a lot and tends to stand so as to make herself as small and non threatening as possible. She mainly eats fish and usually smells odd because of it. She is soft spoken and doesn't stand up for herself.
History of note: she was born and raised in the pack
