born into a working class family, the moreau's were known for their hospitality and welcoming aura. there was never a dull moment in the household, especially since eileen was one out of four children. she was the only daughter among three boys, nevertheless, she got along well with them. her older brothers rough housed with her to "toughen" her up. they even taught her self-defense, how to play different sports, and even drive. despite her parents not being around for too long, she always relied on her big brothers for comfort and a good time. she was considered "one of the guys". but, eileen found her niche at the age of seven years old when her eldest brother took her to the park. eileen had noticed an older male with a weird item in his hand that shuttered every time he pressed a button. as curious as a cat, the young girl had managed to talk to him and before she knew it, she was holding a camera that was pretty much bigger than her whole head! regardless, the moment eileen touched the camera, she knew that she wanted to become a photographer.

as time passed, eileen made sure to save up enough money to buy her own camera. although many holidays, birthdays, and even other special occasions passed by and eileen had yet to get an expensive professional camera, eileen was happy with the cheaper cameras that only gave her one shot and it was a hit or miss. but, two years ago, at the age of fifteen, her brothers saved up enough money to buy eileen a polaroid camera and she could not have been happier! since a young age, the young girl was thrilled to take photos behind a camera, seeing from different lenses and point of views of others and just knowing she was a step closer to getting her own professional camera excited her even more. with her polaroid in hand and her journal in her other, eileen is determined to capture the essence of life, no matter how big or small.
