Appearance(Miraculous Holders must include both Civilian and Alter-Ego appearances): Civilian : Dyed long pastel blue hair, blue eyes, rosy cheeks, usually wears sweaters and sweatshirts, tall. Alter-Ego: Soft Snow Leopard ears and tail and whole body covered in soft fur and snow leopard pattern. Mask has same design as the rest of body. Same hair and eye color as civilian form.
Personality(Miraculous Holders must include both Civilian and Alter-Ego personas): Civilian : Shy, Introverted, doesn't talk much. Alter ego : Powerful, ambiverted, less shy but still a bit.
History: No siblings, parents gone, lives in small apartment since. How she got her miraculous: Fu decided that another hero should join the rest. He left and looked for someone, and he found a girl with ice blue hair reading on a bench, and he decided she should have it. How was he going to do it though? While thinking, he tripped soundly. The girl looked over and ran to him, she said, "Sir,are you okay?" She handed him his unnecessary cane while he got up. He also slid the snow leopard miraculous in her bag while she wasn't looking.

The weapon has to be a tool.....Ladybug's you, Carapace's shield, Hawk Moth's prepared cane and so on. It is a tool unique to the miraculous.

I changed it, but I'm confused by the fact that there's a weapon one, and two power questions?

I would watch an episode or two of Miraculous, at least the two origin episodes, just to clarify a few things. And look at some of the other forms.

Every miraculous has a weapon.
