divyashi is the most vicious of the whole pod. she dwells in the depths of the sea. easily cutting herself off from others, going solo, and declining to help anyone and anything. divyashi has narrowed eyes adjusted for the advanced darkness of being so deep underwater no sunlight can reach her. unlike other mermaids, divyashi not only feeds on coral and sea plants but she is prone to attack her counterparts. she doesn't share anything. divyashi's tail possess strong and intense dark shades of maroon, purple and black. she as well has thick insulated skin to withstand the freezing temperatures of the deep. she is intensly territorial in the cove, claiming the dark depths as her own. she isn't afraid to attack another mermaid if they hunt in her area. the least to most fatal injury a fellow tribe member can suffer are some missing scales, scratches and a fatally broken tail fin. because the humans killed her sister, divyashi has wrecked havoc to their naval ships. she smacks their propellers with her strong tail, smashing it beyond repair. this has angered the humans on the cove. she has a big bounty on her head. because of her risky actions, she often injures her tail and needs to return to the ocean floor to sleep and recover. to hunt divyashi, men have to have excellent hunting skills and vision. equipped with a tailored ring from ship wreckages and metal parts that fall into the ocean, divyashi has created a claw like ring that she wears when defending her territory. it extends from her knuckle down to her fingertip on both of her index fingers and inflict serious danger to her opponent or whatever poor animal is caught stealing from her. tail sometimes the pod refers to her as shark for her aggressive behavior, despite the creatures being quite docile.

kaede basimah [ ba - see - mah ] ekko athira eleita is a human. her title and role in the tribe is a huntress, not by choice but by blood line. by bloody god is she an awful huntress. if her ability to miss her target could kill, she'd have killed the whole tribe by now.
she's the only female except for her mother. as a young child, basimah was told about the mermaids and the storm that brought them. the starvation that gripped the men lead the family to put high expectations onkaede as a huntress. she'd be the only female hunter in their bloodline. kaede in a chaotic mindset between her wonder and curiosity of the mermaids and the fear of a war. kaede is a tall 5'8" foot female who has gentle brown skin and a fair complextion. her dark brown hair frames her face perfectly. often it is down. kaede doesn't know how to swim. kaede is 18 and engaged to barak.

nebula has long pearl white hair and striking blue eyes with a rather pale caucasian complextion. she was the previous mermaid queen but now has already passed the mantel to vesa who had been her princess. nebula has pride and affection and faith for vesa who has proved herself to be a great queen. nebula however cautions the mermaids curiosity of the men. she has light coral pink lips. and a long broad and strong golden tail. nebula feels that anubis' banishment from the tribe of storms could have been prevented and prohibited if vesa had been stricter with her rules. currently nebula is sick and gently pushes away the help of others, not wanting to appear weak and old. despite being around 200 years old she appears as a elegant white haired beauty passing off for around 27. nebula was named after the stars in the sky which her mother mermaid was gazing up at all the time in wonder and beauty. neubla wears goldarm bands around her bicep, a thinnger bracelt around her wrist and the outfit she appears in the photo is her upper body in her mermaid apperance. she wears the cover to prevent any other mermaids to see her peeling and cracking shells which covers her upper body. tail

delta is the one of the youngest of the pod. she sticks increible close to her queen vesa and thinks that her sister mermaids aren't as worthy for her loyalty as vesa is. delta prefers to be around sharks because she doesn't attract them. delta has and will continue to give her undying loyalty to her queen.

lamia kailey prefers the reef and the shallows because of the exotic life that dwells in that area. she enjoys the niche's rich diversity. lamia kailey is a conversationisnt in her own right. in the pod's cove, lamia likes harvesting broken coral to re-grow then put back where they will properly thrive without the touch of a mermaid. lamia can't sing. which is a good thing. lamia kailey is lamia kailey, no kk, or la k, she will not respond to anything but lamia kailey. she is also the youngest in the tribe, often having to prove herself to her fellow sisters.without a doubt, lamia kailey would put her coral, manta ray and injured sea creatures before the pod. yes that is dangerous because loyalty is a balancing trick, but lamia has doubt in her mind that the pod will abandon her. she doesn't fear that from the animals she cares for. lamia kailey has dark brown hair that extends beyond her shoulders but above her elbows. there are a few naturally light brunette strands close to her face. she has freckles across her face but not on her nose. lamia kailey doesn't appear to express affecion for her sisters, but to plant life, seahorses and manta rays. lamia kailey has tamed an aggressive manta ray that used to reside in the cove and felt threatened by the mermaids. a vegetarian, lamia kailey feeds on plant life not on the cod or the tuna in the cove. she's not pleased by their meat plus she has an iron deficiency. lamia has a light blue-green golden tail that resembles the spikes of a lionfish. tail

^i didn't wanna say it first cuz im all about letting people live their lives but...it does seem like it'll be difficult to create quality posts for all of them and not get them mixed up and stay up to date with the rp...

Clarification: I only say this because I don't want the rp to die, or for anyone to get over stressed handling too many characters. I can only speak from personal experience, where it takes a long time to get quality semi lit posts for two characters, let alone more. I don't mean any offense.
