Quirk;; Give and take: Seb has
the fun ability to act as support,
and almost nothing more. His
quirk allows him to strip people
of energy,then infuse somebody
else with stolen power. The
energy, depending on the amount
given,will just usually give the
recipient a serious adrenaline
boost. But when more is given, it
can increase,speed, strength,
stamina, agility, and more. Seb is
just a rechargeable battery, who
can store energy, and then give it
to someone else.Because of this
quirk, Seb has trained in several
forms of self-defense so he can
protect himself, and is very strong,
even though he looks wiry.

Sebastian was born in America to a rather large household. He had very many older and younger
siblings living with him along with cousins, grandparents, aunts and uncles. A lot of his family
members dealt in illegal trades, usually supplying villains with various supplies, acting as getaway
drivers, pulling off scams, and selling on the black market. His entire family is a muddle of quirks,
a lot of them being emitter types dealing with fatigue and energy boosts. Sebastian got the best
of both worlds. But instead of being able to make some on pass out on command or infuse himself
with the energy to complete three triathlons, he could only weaken one person and give strength
to another. To say the least, he was not happy with only being able to help others and not himself.
He had no way to win in a fight unless somebody else was helping him out. So he trained himself
in self defense, and studied boxing as well. He soon became well known in his city as the
quirkless wonder. A kid with no known quirk who had never lost a fight. Sebastian quirk wasn't
flashy enough to be seen, but eventually somebody discovered it, and asked him if he would be
willing to play as the king of his school's gang. America had a sort of underground fighting ring for
schools. Four people vs. four people. The king usually stayed in the back and was support until
everyone else was down. Needless to say, Sebastian made a great king, and his school was almost
undefeated. Then his parents were busted for a gig, and his family was forced to move. With the
money they had, they moved to Japan and bought an apartment near UA. Sebastian applied for it,
and got in solely on rescue points. Although, he was at the very cutoff, and nearly didn't make it.
