He can posses some shy aggression, but it is something that can be trained out of him if worked with properly.

Personality:: Alison has a little problem with her sensitivity meter, she'll say what she thinks, when she thinks, and doesn't care what you think. She has no problem making friends, she just needs to watch her mouth. She is also very opinionated and stubborn. She has a bubbly and positive personality 90% of the time, the other 10% is when she is in a really bad mood. She never backs down from a challenge and will fight to get what she wants.

Background/History:: Alison was the first born child of her parents, but when she was 4 they got divorced and she never understood why. Her mother had custody over her and started dating another man when she turned 6. Her father on the other hand had another child with another woman two months after they had gotten divorced, meaning he had cheated on her mother. It wasn't until she was 10 that she figured out and he had another child. When her father finally decided to marry this woman Alison refused to go to the wedding, going out with friends. A few years later, at the age of 13, she finally got her first boyfriend and her first kiss. They broke up after but remained friends. Since then she had gone through 7 boyfriends, 2 of them cheating on her. She broke up with her last one a month before going into the project, and is still a little upset about it.

People tend to label Arlo with the word 'dangerous' as he reacts to threatening behaviour with a large amount of aggressive fear but would never actually attack anyone unless it was need be. He is a playful youngster who doesn't have any manners and needs someone who will not only be a leader and master but will also be a friend and a playmate to get him confident around humans. Arlo is great with other animals and adores cats in particular as he grew up around them, he can get to be a bit of a handful with his lack of obedience training and is an extremely strong dog. Despite taking his time to trust anyone new, Arlo adores those he has become strong with and is always willing to please his handler in anyway he can but he needs someone willing to take their time with a dog such as himself.

Background/History::
Not much is known about Arlo's past as there is only so much that his rescuers can find out, but what is known is that Arlo was a classic case of people who shouldn't have animals, buying an animal or in this case, many. The barely year old dog was found in a house over run with junk and a large cat population, he was on the brink of death due to malnourished and having a severe case of heartworms. But the pup persevered through all of his health problems and once was healthy was not progressing with his fear or human contact, now he is in this project.

Personality::
Jordan has a very sweet personality which means she tends to care too much for those who don't care for her and has a tendency to run back to those who break her heart or push her away as she craves affection and the feeling of knowing that someone loves her for being her. From the very first second you meet her you know that she is very mature and hates confrontation meaning she will do almost anything to get out of a fight or even the smallest argument. She feels guilty very easily even if whatever happened wasn't her fault and has a habit of apologising for even the tiniest mistakes. But despite all this, Jordan can only take so much from an individual and can be a very scary person once you are on her bad side. This innocent looking girl can become your worst nightmare overnight and it is better to stay on her good side.

Cautious, anxious, too quiet, easily manipulated, annoyingly polite

Background/History::
Raised in the foster care system, Jordan has never had a real home and has been passed from family to family her whole life as when she was little had proven to many households that her problems might not be worth the trouble. She doesn't know much about her life before being put in the system but a few memories still reside in her mind and those are things she would never speak of, not even to her closest friends. From what she has been told, her father was in jail by the time she was born and her mother had many affairs men in order to receive drugs for her own pleasure and her older brother? God know's where he is at this point in her life. It was just after her fourteenth birthday when Jordan became involved in drugs and other illegal activities that led to her fall from grace and for two long years had battled addiction and chronic depression. Now she is getting her life back on track as her social worker thought that this would be a great program for the animal-loving seventeen year old.

I agree. Recently went to a bunch of different shelters here in Melb with my sister (she just adopted a little schipperke x finnish spitz), and the amount of pit crosses broke my heart. And such sweet natured dogs- I've never met one who wasn't lovely.
