The Tribe of Falling Feathers

One tribe, three packs.
Every moon, these three packs come together to discuss the future of their tribe: the kits.
Every moon, a stone casting helps decide the fate of the cats in the Dove, Chickadee, and Cardinal packs that make up the tribe. As mates are chosen, some cats are forced to leave the pack they've known their whole life and follow their new mate the the new pack, leaving behind their friends and family until the next moon for the next ceremony. That is how the tribe has always worked, and how the tribe has managed to stay so vibrant and full of new life and new ideas throughout generations.
At first, the tribe was small, and only took up the area that is now run by the Cardinal Pack. However, as this new idea of leaders and healers picking mates for the rest of the tribe, the tribe has blossomed and turned into a group of three packs that work together to help further their safety and lifestyle for the good of the tribe. As they all come from the same tribe, the packs tend to not bother each other and get along, which is why the arranged mates work so well. However, every once and a while a disruption might occur...
It's your job, as a cat of one of the three packs, to help keep peace between the three packs...or disrupt the peace that has stayed between the three for centuries. Either way, you must continue to follow the tribe rules if you want to survive, so:
choose how to live your life, but choose wisely.

Rules:

+ Be polite, please. Don't start complaining for no
reason.
+ I would appreciate you to make at least one of each
gender before making whatever characters you want.
You are not limited to one male-one female.
+ Keep your forums as neat and tidy as you can.
+ Post forums on the discussion thread.
+ Make sure to include all basics in your forum.
+ If you have a question, contact me or one of the
mods or co-owners, as they can usually help you
out.
+ Keep oorp chat in the discussion thread.
+ LGBT+ Cats are accepted and can be made if you
so choose.
+ No cats can have similar names, etc. 'Fish
that swims through stream' and 'Fish that swims
upriver', try to make it so they won't have the
same nicknames.
+ I expect at least 3 sentences to a reply. It's very
hard to reply to anything lower than that, so at least
do that much.
+ To go along with that, you can not write in script. Do
not try to get away with a sentence as '*walks over*
*Eats prey* hey, how are you?' That does not fly here.
+ If you are going to code your responses, try
to code them so they are easy to read and don't clutter
it too much. Otherwise it will take longer figuring them
out than it will to read them.
+ If you want a recap/have open cats, talk about
it in the discussion thread.
+ You may suggest prophecies, but remember to
keep them equal for all cats, not just your own.
+ Try to read back, don't just ask for a recap every
three posts.



Ｔｈｅ Ｆｏｒｕｍ：

You are expected to make your own forum. Please include basics, including what pack you are from. You must wait for me to accept you before you can roleplay.
Other important things to add:
+ Personality. No 'wait and see'. At least write a list of positive and negative attributes.
+ A real picture to represent your cat. If you can not find a picture relating to your cat, chances are a cat like that doesn't exist. this is realistic, not made up. If you have done research to make sure your cat is realistic and just can't find a picture so you make one, note that below the picture.
+ Age
+ R a n k . If you do not specify, I'll put your cat in a random position that fits the age group.
+ Pack they're in.
+ Sexuality. If you skip this, I'll assume your cat is straight.
+ Relationships. This includes crush, siblings, mother/father, etc.
+ Anything else is up to you-! Make your forum as detailed as you want. Please try not to just have a bland list of everything I listed above, put some effort into it.

Finch that sings to sun, or Finch, is known as a
rather logical tomcat, always thinking before
acting on a suggestion, and is known for being
the cat to go to if you need insight or a level
head to rant to. Although this tom is known for
being overly cool-headed, he's very protective
of the pack, and is willing to do what it takes
to protect them. He's very social to the rest
of the pack, and tries to do what he can to help
them in any way that he can, although he
can't always help out as much as he'd like.
Overall, this tom is very caring is is very kind to
most cats that he meets.

Rain is known as a very shy and kind cat, and is
an excellent prey hunter, although her fighting
skills are easily sub-par. She was chosen to be
a prey hunter very fast, and excels at what she
does, although at some times she can be quick
to shy away from the larger animals that they
take down for food. An overly open cat, Rain
is known for having her heart on her paw, if
you will. It's very easy to upset her and very
easy to see her emotions, so some cats
occasionally pick on her for that, although the
number of bullies has quickly gone down with
her rising success as a Prey Hunter.

Thunder is known for his gruff attitude and lack
of patience towards other cats. Although he is a
very loyal cat to the Dove Pack, he can easily get
snappish and likes to be by himself so that others
can't bother him. This whole 'mate' thing bothers
him, although he secretly wouldn't mind having
one cat to share his life with. He gets easily
angered, but he is very good under pressure and
tends not to act on his emotions.

Bird, or Bird that flies through Cloud, is a very
bold cat. Whatever she thinks is the right thing
to say, she'll usually says. Typically she's known
for being a little sassy and having a mind of
her own, although that in no way is always a
bad thing. She's a very assertive cat, and is
always off trying to push the limits on what she
can do physically to make herself better and
better for her pack. She personally isn't looking
forward to her own arranged mate, as she'd be
more than happy to stay single for her whole
life, or choose her own mate.
