Garkas was born to the previous leader of the village: Tiresias. Tiresias was Garkas' father, but he was also a human. Nimue on the other hand, Garkas' mother, was an elf. This makes Garkas and his sister Ena half-bloods. When he was a child he felt like he may be picked on by other kids because he was a half-blood, but since he was the son of the village leader no one dared to say anything. Inter-racial relationships were not as common or favoured when Garkas was a child but since then they became more accepted by society and now no one notices his race at all.

While growing up he had some problems. He was constantly trained on the law and the art of fighting, he didn't have much time to go out and make friends. His father wanted to train a good leader for the future and so it took away some of his childhood. Whenever he had free time Garkas would go outside but never had a chance to make any true friends. His only true friend was his sister Ena but even she was absent for a long time as she spent a lot of time with her mother who was training her to be a craftswomen.

Sometimes his father would let Garkas visit the blacksmith where he would help out sometimes. This got him very interested in making weapons and he believes that if he didnt become the leader, he would be a blacksmith for sure. However he doesnt have the experience or training for it, but he does like having the best and more visually appealing weapons and armoury.

Garkas became leader of the village when he was 21, this was when his father became too old and stepped down from leadership. All the years of training payed off and Garkas was a good leader alongside his dragon, Ipho, whom he befriended during his training and has been a loyal companion to him since. He is still good friends with his sister but they do not see eachother often.

Ena is the daughter of the previous village leader Tiresias, and also a sister to the current leader Garkas. Garkas and Ena were really close when they were kids and up to their adulthood. As a kid she didn't get to spend much time with him as he was always mentored by her dad on leadership. As she was the second-born, she wasn't the next in line to become leader. Instead her mother decided to keep her hands busy with creating things, and Ena eventually decided she wanted to be a craftswoman. She showed great talent in the art and her mother chose one of the best craftsmen in the village to be her mentor.

After years of practise in making jackets, boots, belts and bags her mentor was thoroughly impressed. Ena decided to open her own shop, named "The Leather Shack". Inside she makes various items from many kinds of leather. She specialises in makes belts and jackets but has other items as well and also makes custom items for an extra cost. Her shop can be expensive but you are promised high quality and durabilty. She buys skins from the hunters and makes her own leather usually from the skins of unicorns, pegasus, serpents, and cheaper cow and horse.

Ena's best friend is her dragon Ardas, who she spends as much time as possible with. Both are quite shy when it comes to meeting new people but are very comfortable around eachother. Ena makes a good and loyal friend if you break her shell and become close friends.

Ipha was born in a small wild dragon clan, consisting of less than 10 dragons. They helped eachother to survive and hunted together. Since she hatched she was expected to help the clan in some way and she did so by looking for new hideouts or places to stay before moving on. She was an only child, her mother layed one egg only. She stayed with this clan for about a hundred years which is when she decided to move on, living the majority of her life in isolation. Even though she enjoyed it, she found it lonely after a while and went to seek a human worthy of her companionship. This is when she found Garkas, and they bonded instantly. Since then they have been inseparable.

Ipha is a wise dragon, she chooses her friends carefully. She may be hard to befriend at first and she may act quite harsh and cold,
but once she warms up to you she becomes a great friend. She wishes to be a mother one day.

Ardas was born the runt of the family, he is quite small for a dragon. For this, he was picked on by his bigger siblings who hatched with him and his parents didn't do much about it. Once he was old enough to sustain himself he left his home, he was only about 20 years old. He wandered mostly alone, sometimes joining dragon clans but leaving soon after due to their mocking. This made Ardas feel very alone and useless. Eventually he found Ena, a young girl from the village. He immediatly felt a connection with her and stayed with her, their bond getting stronger with each day. Now the two are best friends and are never seen without eachother. Ardas often stays inside her house because he can fit in it while many other dragons cant. She helped him enjoy his size rather than hate it.

Ardas is a really shy male and isn't seen often, usually he guards the outside of Ena's shop to make sure no one shoplifts. He doesn't hang around other dragons or people, he only stays with Ena. Others usually know who he is but simply aren't friends with him because he never socialises.
