• Lynxtail [Mentor][NPC][Deceased]
Lynxtail was Spiritstep's mentor and his major guiding force. The tom was there when he was born and in turn Spiritstep was by his mentor's side when he passed. The relationship the two had was closer than the one he shared with his parents and the loss of the older tom left a distinctive hole in his heart. While he has moved on with his life Spiritstep still feels his mentors guiding paw in his life, often in times of stress he will recall Lynxtail's calming voice.

• Dapplefeather [Mother][NPC][Deceased]
Spiritstep's mother, Dapplefeather was a distant yet powerful influence on the toms life. The she-cat exhibited first hand the love and compassion all mother's were capable of and instilled messages of love and acceptance onto her son. Regretfully once Spiritstep became an apprentice he withdrew from his mother and chose to spend his time with Lynxtail instead. If he could change the past he would cherish his time with the petite she-cat more.

• Nightstar [Father][NPC][Deceased]
The leader before Asterstar, Nightstar was Spiritstep's father. Nightstar confessed once that he had always imagined his child to grow up to be a strong and noble warrior. The prophecy that dictated Spiritstep would be a medicine cat had sat poorly with Nightstar for many moons before he accepted his sons happiness over his own desires. Towards the end of Nightstar's life the two bonded more through their jobs and built a business-esque relationship.

• Asterstar [Friend?][Razz]
He has a deep respect for the current leader, Asterstar. He enjoys her company and will often seek her out in the late afternoons to discuss recent going ons. He often will chime that he was there when Asterstar was born and remark that she has grown remarkably in ways he would have never imagined when he first saw her; he is proud of her.

• Martenwing [Neutral][Razz]
Probably one of the few things that can make Spiritstep frustrated. He see's the tom almost daily because of the tabby's poor life choices. He wishes that he'd take better care of himself but there is nothing that can stand between the tom and swimming. He secretly adores the smart alec comments that Martenwing will fire off as they debate about his life choices; it's a highlight of his day.

• Minnowpaw [Positive][Razz]
While he doesn't know Minnowpaw too well, he will occasionally just sit with the she-cat for long periods of time in complete silence. He enjoys those times they spend together and is always sad when duty takes away from it. He sees the slightest slimmer of his mother in the she-cat, but isn't quite sure why.

backstory
ambergaze was dropped off to the clan
as a newborn kit. she is unsure of who
her real mother is, as it was assumed she
was a loner. she was instead raised up by
frostheart, a queen who lost her kits during
the winter. it was later discovered that
blackmountain was her real father. frostheart
passed shortly after her sister was born, while
her father passed after she became a warrior.

ambergaze is a strong-willed individual.
she is always attempting to do what's
best for her allies and the clan, as she
has a very powerful passion to protect
those who cannot protect themselves.
she has an undying bravery and will risk
her life for those who need it. however,
she also runs to risk of being too reckless
as she doesn't know when to stop or ask
for help. her stubbornness is a huge play
to this and could result in her downfall.
