robert quincy, the boy who always knew left from
right, good from bad. the one who never would eve
n consider breaking a single rule. but all that chang
ed when his father lost his job and his family lost ev
erything. his father lost his job two years ago, when
robert was sixteen. the young man had seen everyth
ing fall down around them; predicted what would ev
entually become of them. robert knew that he, alon
g with his younger sister would end up on the streets
begging for money, while his dad worked a lousy job
in a factory that kept him from sleep day after day.
his parents were barely able to keep their two kids i
n school with their low income. but when the war st
arted, was when everything changed. robert became
a very hardened soul, not enough to commit crimes,
but enough to run away every so often, wanting to es
cape his mess of a life. robert is very much a dreamer,
going off into his own little world day after day. he dr
eams of a cleaner and happier place for him, somewhe
re he can have a real family and maybe a warm body t
o lie next to. on the inside, the boy is just that: a boy.
he isn't very happy, and developed social anxiety throu
gh the years, not to mention his closet sexuality. but he
tries to be somewhat optimistic if not for him then for
his sister. but that is not easy in any way, shape or form.
he knows he wants something more out of life, but what?

physical appearance

robert is a brunette, but has a few
blonde highlights streaking his hair.
he wears glasses, but pretends that
they're just for show because he do
esn't want people to know he has a
hard time seeing. his body is well-
put together as he does have a bit o
f muscle, but isn't quite a body bui
lder. he has physical strength in his
upper body, but not so much in his l
ower body.

relationships

when it comes to relationships, rob
ert approaches them with a bit of c
aution. he has never dated anyone b
efore and is almost afraid to. he doe
sn't know what he really wants from
any partner, perhaps someone who w
ill listen. he is a sucker for someone
who can make him smile or laugh, b
ecause it takes a lot to get someone
like robert to show any sign of amus
ement. he doesn't normally take the
time to really form any relationships.
